5 guys always has great burgers. But just to be on the note. They are a little on the pricey side, so just check your options first.

Randomly closed at 6pm with no explanation. Pretty frustrating and annoying.

It took 30 minutes to have our burgers ready. They lost our order. Possibly our order was given to the group that complained about never getting their order, too. 6 guys working the shift and all seemed like it was their first day on the job and were in complete disarray. When we finally got our order, it had the wrong ingredients on it, but we didn't care at that stage.

Both soda machines were "flat", no signage to let paying customers this. The burger was good. The fries were not your typical FG fries. Set in the lobby eating out meal, not one employee clean any tables. Serious lack of supervision.

Just over an hour to get food, then milkshakes. It’s 5guys, not 5 star guys. Being that it’s at an exit off I95 in Pooler one would assume it’s gonna be decently quick. Nope, set aside about an hour when it’s slow.Food was just as you would expect, excellent. But excellent food doesn’t take this much time. The phone pic is when we got our milkshakes, 20min.

Great food, but wear a snow suit inside! Don't even think about eating in...your food would freeze!

went here as a quick meal since i haven’t been here for years, firstly was greeted terribly! the young lady didn’t even budge to great me. as i ordered she just kept sighing the whole time, waited for about a good 20 minutes for it to be done just to get some soggy fries! tables were dirty, floor was entirely covered in peanuts! everything was a mess!

The food is ok, but it's a burger joint. It is WAY too expensive! Not worth the price, will not go back unless prices go down. Almost $30 for 1 person, a regular burger, regular fries and shake.

Food was great. My family and I were heading back down to Florida and stopped at this location. I had left my backpack and didn’t realize until 3 hours south. We called up and manager had it. He went up and beyond to check and make sure I was the owner (my wallet was in it). He was willing to mail it to us so we wouldn’t have to come back up. He went up and beyond and we are so appreciative of his kindness.

Service was a little slow, but it was lunchtime. There definitely was enough staff that someone could have cleaned the tables. Almost every table had spilled food on.

My first visit to a 5 Guys. Why did I wait? Delicious burger, fresh cut fries. High quality!

Great restaurant. We’ve been to many 5 Guys locations and they never disappoint. The food was great. The restless clean. The staff was friendly. The comment board had some questionable pics though?.
