We had a good mix of vegans, vegetarians, pescatarians and omnivores along with several food allergies. Ray worked with us to cultivate the perfect menu so that everyone would have an enjoyable meal. RAY is the man!! He executed our 12/30 wedding to perfection. In the process of planning and coordiating tasting, Ray was kind and patient as we weighed all of the options. He even let us add in a last minute "breakfast for dinner" feature - bacon at the cocktail hour. Shrimp and grits were a fan favorite, brisket was amazing - I am a Texan so I know my brisket :) Thank you Ray and team! We hope to need your services again in Savannah in the future!
