We definitely enjoyed the chocolate chip cookies we ordered for National Chocolate Chip Cookie Day! They were fresh, soft and yummy! The staff was extremely nice and professional. I loved the individually wrapped option. Which was a must for all the employees we have. Thanks Great American Cookies & Pretzelmaker for taking our order in such a prompt manner. We really enjoyed the service!

The, who I believe was either the owner or manager, was there yesterday (I’m not sure if he’s always there or not as it was our first time ever there) but he was extremely nice! My son was upset bc he wanted a truck on his cookie, like they had on the big sheet cookies, and he offered to have them put one on the smaller cookie for him! Then my son changed his mind and got m&m cookie lol. But I GREATLY APPRECIATE that they would go out of their way to accommodate a 3yr old !! We will definitely be ordering future birthday cookies here! Amazing cookies, good pretzels, clean and all around great. Thank you so much!

Love the cookies but HORRIBLE customer service today at the Tanger Pooler Savannah location. There were approximately 10 other people in the store with three employees. After this crowd was gone One girl goes and pretends to count money, one plays with icing , one is making cookies. We stood there for about 4- 5 minutes before one looks up and says oh did you all want something. AS IF we come to glance at cookies for our health. Please work on customer service at this location because your cookies are amazing. Customer service goes a long way. I can say that they all looked like teenagers so maybe this is the issue, but perhaps there should be a responsible adult in the store. I could honestly see if we had a hello or be with you on one moment. I am a frequent visitor of GACC but please consider staffing responsibile adults during your store hours. ThanksBrandeis Sanderfer

The designers are amazing! They have made my son’s drawings into awesome cookie cakes two years in a row! Plus, multiple other awesome one we have gotten for other birthdays and occasions! So thankful for them
