teasha was the reason the visit was not a mess. I overheard other tables leaving because their servers didn't give an update and their food wasn't out for over an hour. our food luckily came out quickly and even then teasha made sure to come by and give us updates and make sure we were ok. even let us know she was having the cook or cooks redo the bacon so we wouldn't have cold bacon. food was as good as IHOP standards goes.

My visit today was very disappointing and unsatisfactory and although i am thankful the GM gave me a discount for the issues but the service, food and atmosphere was horrible my server had many tables at the same time all over the restaurant and spent the entire time at the front desk, my girlfriends food had hair in it and as well as her chicken was way over cooked my French toast was soaked in the strawberry syrup and the fruits on top were not at all fresh the eggs, potato's and sausage were missing from my combo. When I told my server she gave me attitude saying she had a lot of tables at the moment and she couldn't do anything. my mother law told her she was a general manager for an ihop and not once did she ever deal with servers having an overflow of tables especially all over the restaurant there was no team work and an overall horrible experience. If they can't handle that many tables then don't give it to em

Definitely not a 24h establishment. Got there 5:30a.m. & they were closed, doors were locked, despite cars in the parking lot (maybe employee cars). Sat in the car for a few mins, even called no answer.

The food is as terrible as the service. “Cleaned” silverware has caked up food from the previous customer on it. Our server is polite but slow, food and coffee came out cold - food was burnt. This is by far the absolute worst IHOP I have EVER been to. It’s so bad that I’m leaving this review and I haven’t left the restaurant yet. SHAME!

My server, Abigail, was incredibly awkward to the point where I felt uncomfortable interacting with her and had to ask if something was wrong. After that, she brought my order to me and apologized for how uncomfortable she was making me, while also presenting me with an incorrect order.I’ve had many good experiences here, but this was not one of them. I will not be back due to how uncomfortable this waitress made coming here for a meal by myself.
Our server, Nicki, made our first time experience at this location fantastic! The food was great! I think due to the restaurant being understaffed, I don’t think they had enough downtime to clean and bus the tables in between guests so I couldn’t help but notice it being a little unkempt. Me and my friend walk in and we already know we gonna have to wait because we saw a lot of people are waiting to be sit it! So the worker at the counter she said is going to be 15 minute waiting and we say okay is fine. So as we waiting for 20 minutes, we got our table, but we got to the table it wasn't clean so we have to go back and wait for another 10 minutes until the table is clean!!! So the table is clean we got sit it, so wait another 10 minute before our waitress come and ask if we ready to order drinks so we order our drinks and waited for another 10 minutes, she pass by numerous time without our drinks and she say "oh I'm sorry what was your drinks again" SMH! I only ask for water and juice my friend only coffee! So she left again, I saw her coming with drinks but she went to the wrong table and then she realized it was the wrong table she just left those drinks and go back and get ours, at this time I'm already annoyed and upset but my friend she hungry so we continue to wait, so we finally got our drinks and we ready to order. So we wait 20 minutes for our food and finally got our food so my friend they forgot her hasbrown but I kept asking her please don't forget my fries please? she said ok! Now I'm about to finish with my food and I still haven't got my fries yet, so she finally brought my fries but I'm done eating already, so what really got me was the size of the fries was brought to me. I was like REALLY IHOP!!! So the picture of the size of fries was serve to me is ridiculous ? I'm so angry because how much money you spent on food and drinks. And this how much we get served! Me friends and family will never go back to IHOP anymore. But as for anyone please still go and experience it for yourself but for me is a Hell NO! not in Pooler!!! PERIOD!

We got there about 9 pm. The hostess/waitress was very friendly. She also waited our table, worked efficiently, and engaged with us. I had the spinach mushroom omelet, which was very good. Overall, I rank this IHOP with 5
