So out of the 2 jalapeños in Pooler I chose this one. My favorite is Arroz texano, it’s DELICIOUS. I’ve been going for the last 6 months. Well recently it’s been terrible. Don’t know if they switched the cook out or what but it’s always something. First they saturate it in cheese. Than the next time they forget the shrimp all together. The meal is 16 dollars. How do you forget the shrimp? Than last night they saturate my food in cheese again. So this time I catch it before I leave. And ask them to replace it. No apology no nothing. The manager says “ well ppl usually ask for extra cheese and they were being generous “Mam, I’m not other ppl. ?. They replace it and give me an old Texano that may have been sitting for a while cause it made me SICK .. It was just terrible. Smh.. now I have to find another favorite. I’ don’t work hard as I do to take whatever they give me: they lost a customer. And I will be taking this further. CHECK YOUR FOOD PPL.

We call before they close 9:20 p.m.,to make a order for to go,the lady in jalapeños, repeat in the line,hello,hello,like 10 times,I'm go to jalapeños to make order,and they are closed,the restaurant time show 10:30 close,I come a lot of times,I send a lot of my coworkers,but,for me is the last time ,I never come back.

Our to-go order had zero taste. The meat wasn’t seasoned at all. My chimichanga was raw in the middle. What in the world is going on with the cheese sauce? Really weird consistency.
