Just got my delivery order and I am missing extra toppings that I paid for. Ordered three toppings but only got two. I'm also missing all my extras garlic dip and dips for my wings. I ordered bone in wings but got boneless instead. Can't even get a simple pizza and wing order correct. I will not order from here again!

Stay Away From This Marco’sRecently I was traveling to Savannah, GA. I decided to order delivery from Marco’s Pizza website. I ordered a large all meat pizza, a coke, and cinnasquares at 9:15 pm. At 10:15 there was no sign of my order and no correspondence from Marco’s about my order. I called Marco’s and after being on the phone for 18 mins no one answered. At 11:00 I got a text message Uber Eats saying that someone will be delivering my order in 15 mins. When the Uber driver delivered my food it was a cold pizza, room temp burnt cinnasquares and no coke. When I tried to call and complain the store was closed. I will never order from any Marco’s Pizza again.

Just the overall quality of the pizza. It was as horrible. This was my first time ordered from the pool location. I always get my pizza from the Is Berwick location.

I waited 15 minutes outside in my car for the Curbside.pickup. they were not busy, with the girl at the counter just standing there. When I went to walk in the girl left the front and a tall male approached me looking beyond exhausted or stoned. He took minutes to find the only pizza sitting on the rack. Total wasted 20 extra minutes after arriving on time to get my food with them being dead empty with zero customer service. Little Caesars gained another customer

Do NOT go here. The reviews are true. I put an order run over the phone, got there 15 minutes later and was told to wait 8 minutes. 25 minutes later I had no pizza and saw them whispering and pointing at me. My order was NEVER even put in. So why was I told 8 more minutes?? I just left and had to get dinner later for the family.

Visiting from Jacksonville, FL - I recommended we order pizza from Marco’s on a girls trip. I ordered delivery via the website and 2.5 hrs later not only had the pizza not been delivered - when I called I was told it would arrive within 15mins and it never did. When I called back, I was told it would be remade, but I would not be refunded or compensated in anyway for the inconvenience.This was the worst customer service and experience ever, and I love Marco’s in Jax.

This is the second time the order was incorrect. The first time I ordered, it never arrived. The second time we ordered, the entire order was wrong. They are using a third party to deliver orders. If you must order, please go and pick-up your order because delivery is not guaranteed.
