I appreciate the great customer service and the help they did by making my cake for my dad‘s 89th birthday. I ended up with the wrong cake. The cake was very dry and I was completely unhappy with it for the price I paid for it but I do appreciate the effort. I am a business owner, I’ve been a baker for over 20 years and I just don’t understand how that mistake could’ve been made..

Cakes are overpriced for what you will receive. There is absolutely no creativity when it comes to making these cakes. Just go to a grocery and you’ll get the same product for a cheaper price.Update: Although I was dissatisfied with the presentation of the cake it was moist and delicious. So instead of 1 Star, 3 stars are sufficient.

My office is in Pooler, the outlets are in Pooler, but there's not a lot of good food or tasty treats in Pooler, at least not to me.I was working one day and in the mood for a little something sweet. I'm not a fan of Byrd's cookies, so I set out to find a bakery or something. There are a lot of options in Savannah, but not so much in Pooler. Ms. Polly's came up on a search. I've tried to go here before, but it was closed. It's right off of Pooler Pkwy, which is the main street in Pooler. It's in a small retail strip, with plenty of parking. It's not a traditional bakery, with a lot of options. If my memory serves me right, there were 4 different kind of cupcakes. Red velvet, strawberry, key lime and vanilla. Those were the only options. I come from a family of bakers, so I'm very particular about cake. I almost left because I always worry that cakes will be over baked and I will be wasting my money, but I went ahead and purchased the red velvet.I was pleasantly surprised that my cupcakes were not dry, they had a pretty good flavor and they weren't over cocoa-ish. My only complaints would be, I had to buy 3 cupcakes instead of being able to purchase just 1. And also, I wish there was more variety than just cupcakes or just 4 flavors. But beggars can't be choosers and I was happy with my cupcakes overall! Might give them a try on another cheat day!

Same day gender reveal cupcakes! He killed these with just a couple hours notice. Very delicious.
The cupcakes were perfectly constructed with the color matching the flavor. I was able to order a box with 4 included( strawberry/lemon/vanilla/chocolate). The place was cute and pleasant right in a busy little storefront. I was expecting to be filled with sweet smells and more of a variety but that was not the case . I would suggest a variety of items to choose from and maybe a signature cupcake to help enhance the crowd!

Polly's did an awesome job on my daughter's Mermaid theme birthday cake. The customer service was great and not only did the cake look great but it was delicious! It was very moist and flavorful. I'll be putting in another custom cake order soon for the next birthday ?

Goodness upon goodness is what you get at Ms. Pollys Cake Giants. I tried a slice of key lime cake this visit and it was so amazing. It was one of those smell so good, so you gotta eat in the car and it melts in your mouth type of deals. They shouldn't have given me a fork... they rarely make it home. Thanks for sharing your delicious cakes with the public!
