I placed a rapid pickup order on Monday to be picked up at 614pm on Wednesday. I called the store to let them know I was running behind to pickup at 630pm. I am still waiting at 658 for my order and was told 10 minutes ago that the sandwiches were being prepared.

I spent over $10 dollars on their Steak/Cheese Baguette sandwich a few weeks ago. It was AWFUL, Hard, little meat, stale bread....a co-worker decided to buy us 2 more after my BAD Sandwich. We'll, they both were AWFUL, SAME ISSUE. ANOTHER TWO EXPENSIVE BAD DEALS. NEVER AGAIN... NO MORE BUSINESS FROM US. Plenty of parking available. Now, I know why!Parking: Plenty, because they didn't have customers... I wonder why. BAD food. No customers!

I called in a carryout order at the Savannah GA I95 Airport location, 2 salad/soup pick twos, both with chicken. When back at our hotel, we learned that there was no chicken in either of the salads. Also, there were no spoons for the soups, which was worse since we were in a hotel after food service was closed, so no spoons. Panera offered to replace the order, but it was late, so we stopped by there the next morning and received a full refund.

The food is cold, how can you serve a cold breakfast, the ham looks like it was taken out of the freezer. The whole place is dirty and the bathroom is horrible. I think they haven't cleaned it for days.

We come from Florida to Giorgia very frequently, my son likes to have breakfast at Panera here, the service was always good but the cold coffee was hot and the hot coffee was cold and all the 3 breakfasts were cold. They did it again and the same thing. The main cashier doesn't even say good morning. In the kitchen they were more friendly, the bathrooms were dirty and it seemed like they hadn't been cleaned in days and remodeled many more years ago.

Website for deliveries is not accurate. Even though it says delivery via ‘Panera’, contact ‘Panera’ for help etc. Panera will NOT help you. They will only defer accountability to anyone else. Such a shame. No food, no refund, no resolution. Don’t waste your money on a delivery.
I got the white cheddar Mac and cheese and it wasn't cooked all the way . The store was beyond nasty inside. I was disappointed that my Mac & cheese wasn't cooked cause I paid a good amount for it .
