Food is always hot and fresh. Even when I don't do delivery I still try to tip the staff for carryout. They make really awesome Pizza’s here in Pooler, Ga.

Not sure who the new fellow is there, but he is the BEST!! He is funny, kind, and the pizzas?! Cooked FULLY!! You can certainly tell, who loves what they do!!His personal pizzas are top tier! Best I’ve EVER had lol

We used to order from here weekly. Will not be anymore after going into the shop. We always have to wait long times and chock that up to being understaffed. What finally ended it for us was witnessing thw person working the register and cooking pizzas drop the spatula on the floor, pick it up, and continue using it. Customers walked out after and the person whose pizza it had touched demanded a remake. Eat at your own risk

We stopped in Pooler, GA on our way down to Florida for spring break. The delivery driver was high as a kite when he arrived at our hotel room and reeked of weed. He forgot our lemonade we ordered and said he was going to go back down and get it… he never brought it up. We attempted to call the store NUMEROUS times to which we were hung up on. The pizza was smashed and the cheese clung to the top of the pizza lid and all of the wing boxes were smashed as well. Had no real choice but to eat the messed up pizza since we had 7 kiddos with us after a long drive down. We will definitely be reaching out to corporate because this experience was TERRIBLE!

Ordered from the app, says they were open. Showed up to the store and there were numerous cars parked out front all wanting to know why the store was closed and how we get our $$ back. It’s been over a day now, no emails have been returned and the answering service woman is not helpful whatsoever for this situation… she keeps transferring me to the store which is still closed.

Ordered online through the app and our transaction was approved and completed. Went to pick it up and the store was a ghost town. No one was in the store, all the lights were off. I arrived at 7pm on a Saturday so it’s not like it was after hours.Money I will never get back.

Has to be the best pizza hut I've ever been to. The manager is always great no matter how busy they are. I go out of my way to order from them .
The crackheads that work there wont acknowledge you. Papa Johns is better, cheaper and doesn't employ crackheads.

I selected 4:15pm as my pickup time. When I walked in, I was told I was about to receive a call because "my pizza was ready for so long". I walked in at 4:14pm to pickup said pizza. It was in fact completely dried up after "being ready so long" which I'm assuming means they made it when I placed the order more than an hour prior. Also, the two times I've been into this facility, employees have complained directly to me about not getting paid or their paycheck purposely being short.
