The worker who was making smoothies today was on point and made my smoothies in a timely manner. The food processers were slow and then never asked me if I was waiting for my food while I sat there waiting. Clearly, if the order name matches the 3 smoothies I ordered match the food that was ordered why not just give me my food and not lean back on the sandwich station.Definitely needs a MOD in the morning to organize the orders and greet customers. The guy making the smoothies was amazing and asked me after 3mins if I needed help ordering, since no one interacted with me when I entered the store. No greeting "welcome to Tropical smoothie." I’ve come here a few times and there’s always a long wait to receive my food even if it’s not busy inside. Today, I spent 15-20 minutes in the drive thru line just to get to the speaker and was told there’s a 20-25 min wait on food and drinks. Nothing on their menu is worth waiting that long.

Out of all the tropical smoothie in Savannah this is by far the worst . The smoothie is horrible and the food is drenched in damn sauce that it falls apart. The kids back there don’t know or don’t care . If you reading this take my word or you will be upset like I was . Jesus

The location literally never has the tropic bowls. I’ve place two mobile orders to only get there to pick up my order and it’s not on the shelf. Each time I had to wait till the staff decided to acknowledge me after I kept saying excuse me to ask for my mobile order. One girl just looked at the other girl and says “she’s the one that ordered the bowl”. Then the other girl says “we’re waiting on a truck and we don’t have any bowls” then she ask if I want a smoothie instead. First off why couldn’t the first girl just tell me that? Second off this has happened twice so can the app please be updated and mark the bowls unavailable?!Yesterday 3/27 I decided to call before I placed a mobile order. I called twice before anyone answered the phone and when they did they just hung up soon as I said hello. Work on your customer service

First and foremost, the young lady at the counter was not friendly she stared at me for me to go ahead and order without greeting me.I came there to try a green machine bowl, and when I tried to order it, I was told there are NO BOWLS. I proceeded to order a southwest wrap with EXTRA Chipotle mayo and a smoothie, and when I got home, I realized I had no receipt and no extra Chipotle sauce and my wrap looked as if it was put on a greasy machine that hadn't been cleaned in days.I called to speak with the manager, and she was no help at all, she told me she made the wrap so she knows it was right and cut me off multiple times during the conversation as I tried to explain to her why I was unsatisfied. She basically told me she did not care and hung the phone up in my face when I tried to get her name. I called back multiple times just for no one to answer. My experience here was not good 3 out of 10. The 3 points came from the smoothie I got. The people here are nasty and rude.

Everytime i come here the service is horrible. I just sat at the speaker for a good 3-5 mins before i was greeted. And on top of that you still sit and wait a good minute behind the person in front of you, and then wait on your order as well. The customer service is always horrible. Very unwelcoming atmosphere. The smoothies are good. But the service is horrible. The employees never greet w a smile they’re ALWAYS stale faced. Customer service needs a tremendous amount of work.

I love TSC and writing reviews (I don’t like to leave negative ones) and I’m heart broken to say that this Tropical Smoothie Cafe is the worst location that I have ever visited. I got a green dream bowl and there was a piece of RUBBER in the bowl… yes, RUBBER. It was the first bite and I literally chewed it and am so thankful that I didn’t eat it. I love the green dream bowl, but lost my appetite after that first bite. I was on a road trip and they said that the only way I could get a refund/new bowl is if I returned to the store. So I drove out of my way back to the location like an hour later to only be told that I couldn’t get both a refund/return. That was confusing and miscommunication as I thought that’s what the solution was. I went out of my way for a mistake, which I tried to be nice about to only leave with a customer service experience that left me disappointed… I work customer service as well and I really try to be kind-spoken… but this experience could’ve been made better but was left feeling dissatisfied. I wish there was clearer communication and more attentiveness towards resolving a situation like this… I love TSC and I understand that mistakes happen, but this was a bad experience. ?

Service has really gone down hill. Lately I’ve been missing items in orders on various occasions and had an encounter with a manager that was unprofessional and had an attitude.

Came here 01/27/24 at 2:53 pm. Waited close to 30 minutes in the drive through to place my order and over 15 minutes to receive it. Customer service was terrible. The person taking/giving our order was a young girl wearing khaki jeans and had a braided pony tail. She was working the drive through and my first impression was that she’s really not pleasant or friendly. No “sorry for your wait”, no “thank you”, no “you’re welcome”, nothing. After 45 minutes passed and our order was given to us, both smoothies tasted horrible. I ordered a sunrise sunset and was given a light yellow-orange colored smoothie that tasted like an icy orange peel. We also ordered a blimey limey that was light pink and tasted watered down. We had to turn around after finally leaving and go inside to get our order fixed. I went inside and counted over 5 people also waiting for their orders. I walked up to the counter and spoke to the same girl who took our order in the drive through, who was even MORE unpleasant and unfriendly than I originally thought. I told her the issue with my smoothie and she just looked at me, gave a long pause with a blank stare on her face for 20 seconds and said …. “Ok” …. “What do you want me to do? Do you want a refund or remake it?”. No apology, no “thanks for your patience”, no customer service provided AGAIN. I politely asked her to remake it and she just walked away w/o responding and began whispering in another employee’s ear. So childish and unprofessional! I then waited probably 10 more minutes before receiving the correct smoothie, which was thankfully not given to me by the same rude worker. While waiting on my order to be remade, another lady walked up and kindly reminded them that she’s been waiting over 40 minutes for her peanut butter smoothie. The same girl didn’t apologize, just said “oh that’s probably one of the tickets that got lost”… and walked away to go tell the same employee that took care of my problem. It’s really disappointing to pay $7 for a smoothie and spend over an hour trying to receive what you asked for. I have done paid secret shopping in this area and LOVE to give outstanding reviews to places that deserve it. However, this location’s quality and experience has been one of the worst levels of poor service I’ve had.
