I had the chance to finally eat here. I got the classic burger and a shake. It was pretty pricey at almost $16.00. I waited for 33 minutes for one burger. But, I have to say, it really was one of the best burgers I’ve ever had!! The shake was delicious!With the wait time and price, it probably won’t be a frequent stop for me. When I can stop, I know I’ll enjoy it though. 4 stars b/c the food was so good.

Very disappointed! I ordered the BLT and i was made completely wrong the bun was upside down on both top and bottom they did not add anything that i added on there extras mushrooms grilled onions, this burger was horrible just a slap of mayo and thats it!

Terrible experiences (multiple times). Beyond slow even if you order online. Food accuracy is hit or miss at a much high rate then other burger joints. They also close/locked the door over a hour early while we were walking up (in our faces). We give up on this location.Everyone go to the Wayback Burger on 2201 Pooler Pkwy, Pooler, GA 31322 location even if its out of your way. You will be very happy that you did. There is a reason why its rating is almost 1 point more than this location.TO THE OWNER: I am not going to contact anyone about this so save it. You should focus on your store instead of online reviews.

I'm so disappointed with the taste of this great "looking" burger!!! Atmosphere was simple, customer service was great from the youngin' but my goodness this is the most bland basic burger I've ever tasted!!!! Come on y'all!! We're in the south!! Season your meat!! Fried pickels were not good, and the so-called apple shake tasted like it was just vanilla and small apple pieces. Where's the caramel? The so-called apple pie filling? The crumbles? Y'all got to do better!! Hopefully you listen to me, because speaking frankly this place will not survive. It can though. Make adjustments, and you'll be alright.

Not impressed with the burgers. Bread needs to be toasted, makes burger seem soggy. Onion rings were very good. Price is high.

Burgers didn't have much flavor, were small, and workers looked miserable. Only bright spot were the onion rings which were good and I got plenty of them.

Tried ALL day to order for pickup online, would not work & would give me several different closing times, so I called the store (Pooler/Tanger Outlets location), the lady who answered said they closed at 5pm). Since I never got the online order for pickup to work, I left my job early at 4pm, and arrived at 4:15 pm only to find the doors locked, lights off, and a young guy mopping floors inside, looking thru doors and able to see this. I knocked on the door since it was well before 5pm closing, (which also was posted on door). The guy looked over his shoulder at me, and walked back towards the kitchen..... ?! VERY bad service, and I love Wayback burgers food, what a shame.

Just stopped by today and ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with raw onions, tomato, lettuce, pickles and jalapeños, Wayback sauce, absolutely delicious and perfect exactly what I ordered, excellent service and great preparation of my meal, thank you for the best burger I have had in the Savannah area!

Food was great, cooked to order so be prepared to wait. Prices were really steep I thought for a burger. I got a double cheeseburger with bacon, fries and a drink and it cost $15.32.

Food was fantastic. Store was clean. Service left a lot to be desired. Order was taken correctly, but wasn't filled correctly by the back of the house. When it was brought to the table the second time the server was quite rude and acted put out to have to serve the food as it was ordered. It says "Be Kind" right on the wall. Maybe they should practice what they preach.

Went here on a Sunday afternoon with seven family members. The food was excellent and so was the service! We got 4 types of burgers, two types of chicken sandwiches and a hotdog. It was all really good and I would highly recommend! The owner checked on us and he was very nice to talk with!

My daughter speaks highly of this place as she ate my vegan burger the last time so I can't really tell you how it taste. She was barely seated when I took this picture and it was almost gone. Guess that speaks for itself. Nice seating area.

First time at a wayback burger. The cashier at 1:15pm on 6/20/2023 was the worst ever!!!!! My husband and I came in and said HI and she nodded looking down then I said how’s your day? And no response. While she waited for our food she was on her cell phone. When our food was ready she brought over burgers then went back to get tots and never said one word not even after we said thank you!!!!! Will not be back to this wayback burger. Need FRONT Staff to have a personality.

Ordered trough Uber and food was cold, no ranch or sauces for pickles, onion rings and fries. Called Wayback and they blamed Uber. I watched our Uber driver waiting for our food on the app so it wasn’t their fault. Of course they don’t care or want to rectify the problem. I would definitely not recommend this place. They have the business now cause of the outlet stores but eventually word of mouth spreads and people will stop eating there. I know I’ll tell everyone not to eat there!
