I ordered a carry out $19.99 special and got a pan pizza for 2 dollars extra. When I got home, I noticed that they forgot the sweet dipping sauce for the cinnamon twists and no marinara sauce for the parm bites. I called back and had to stay on hold for over 30 minutes! When I finally did talk to someone, I asked for the manager and the manager said that I could drive back up there to get the sweet dipping sauce, but no marinara sauce would be given. I told her that I got it with the previous special from their store and she didn’t offer any compensation for having to drive back up there. Not going back to Powder Springs dominos!

The $19.99 perfect meal deal was great. We got a lot of food for such a low price. I had an issue with this particular location. The food was ready on time if not early I did appreciate that. My husband picked up the food. He mentioned that the cashier who helped was on his phone throughout the entire ordeal. My husband had to remind them that we had more than one pizza and that we ordered a drink as well. When the food got home I double checked everything the sauce was missing for both the sides that we ordered. Mistakes happen however good customer service is a non negotiable.

The spinach and feta cheesy bread slaps. Looks just like it did in the advertisement ?. I ran in really quickly to pick up so didn't have much interaction but service was friendly and the facility seemed clean.

Terrible. Such a waste. Asked for contactless delivery, driver rang doorbell twice, no marinara sauce with breadsticks, no icing for cinnamon sticks, driver forgot the 2 liter. Should have stuck with Uber Eats instead. 0 out 10, don’t recommend.

disrespectful and rude. Was told i couldn’t pay in cash cause my total was more den $35 dollars for the delivery when i prior before today ordered from here and there wasn’t a problem with delivering my order which was more then $35 dollars. so basically they denied my kids the food i was trying to order for them. And management is very disrespectful had a few questions and was cut off and ignored for asking y i couldn’t pay in cash and when they started there new policy.

This is the most horrible experience I’ve ever had at a pizza delivery place. They guaranteed the pizza to be delivered in 23 not less than 33 minutes and it was not delivered and it’s been over an hour and 10 minutes horrible service horrible customer service the manager didn’t even apologize now I have to go and pick up my food. Do not come to this place if you want good service, horrible service.

I just spent 35.00 on a bag of dough. This is the worst pizza I ever had, the hand tossed. I called to the store lady answers the phone, hestitated when I asked for her name, responded and said Dominoes. When I asked for the manager she stated I am the manager I said and you don’t know your name so this is why this pizza is garbage. Horrible food and horrible service. Let’s see how the owner feels about this
