I used to go here frequently for the past 3 years.Unfortunately I had not been able to go back for a little while. Last week I realized that they had a new owner. I decided to still give the place a change. SOOOO MUCH HAS CHANGED.The portions have changedThe quality of the food has gone downAnd the lady in the front lacks customer service.Today I decided to give it another change today.That was a HUGE mistake. I placed my order at 7:10pm while I was driving from Lithia springs to powder springs. The lady on the phone told me it would be ready in 10 mins. My drive took almost 30 mins I got to the restaurant at 7:40pmI had to wait 10 in line. When I paid I told the lady my order number and she informed me my order wasn’t ready. By the time I got my food it was 8pm !!! It took them almost an hour to make my food.This place has really gone downhill since the management change!!!Do not give them your business!!!

Something has changed for the WORST! Ordered shrimp fried rice. Upon picking it up I smelt a very foul smell coming from bag. I should have tested my food then. Got home proceeded to take a bite and the foul disgusting smell was coming from the shrimp fried rice it tasted so bad. I called lady says come back we will re fix it. Ummm no because what the hack is wrong and why would you serve me such bad food. I normally eat from here but this will be my last time.

I went to this spot over 25 years ago when we first moved here. It was bland and I said I'd never go back. My husband said let's give them another shot. We've been going to Thai of Austell for years, but didn't feel like driving there this night. It looks like different ownership. It seems that no one can cook good Chinese unfortunately. I'm from the NE where Chinese food is competitive since there are many options and they're typically ALL great. This place was awful. Tasteless, flavorless food (shrimp with cashews had 5 small tasteless shrimp and maybe 4-5 cashew pieces, spicy garlic chicken with broccoli was not spicy or even tasty, steamed dumplings were a huge order of large bland pasta globs...) It didn't even smell good like Chinese food should smell! Extremely disappointing and we won't give it a third time to strike out!

I ordered beef and broccoli with shrimp fried rice. My asked to over cook the broccoli. You ignored her and barely cooked it at all. The meat I could smell the gas you used to cook it, which is disgusting. So you want me to spend more money with you when you can't even get something simple right during your slowest time.

My mom and I have been going here since they opened! I visit from a different state once per year, and they recognize me immediately and ask “your usual?”! They are so friendly, have GREAT food at reasonable prices, and have become our family tradition.
Best place in powder springs in and out in less than 10min.

Ok so my “ Go To” Restaurant for Chinese(Asian Cuisine) is the Dragon 168 Located across from Home Depot on Richard D. Sailors Powder Springs. I have come here some much that I’ve watched the children go from toddlers to running the front register The food is amazing. One of the only restaurants I know that has “chicken egg rolls” ? also the only restaurant that when you order veggies fried rice they give you a huge order fully loaded with Bean sprouts, cabbage, peas, carrots, baby corn, water chestnuts, broccoli, green bell peppers, green onion and celery with of course the fried egg.. I love all the food but my go to is the order of fried chicken wings “crispy “ with lemon pepper sprinkles. The service is also amazing… always pleasant and willing to service everyone. I have never seen an unhappy customer. It’s all takeout only since the pandemic, but that’s the only downside.
This place is ok. They have pretty good food, the staff was fast getting my food and it was hot.

found a long black strand of hair in my egg roll ... safe to say I lost my appetite for the whole week. lol mein and fried rice tasted like plastic too. this restaurant used to be my family and I favorite but I guess now it's gone downhill.
