This Zaxbys have became the worse of them all in the state of GA. I'm not sure who's hiring unprofessional teens. I requested #2 6 piece chicken finger plate extra fries with no cole slaw and this what I received not only that the cashier young lady had an attitude by stating we go by a scale by replying to the cook, Just throw a little more fries like I'm some kind of pet and then she force the bag back at me..This location need better training Zaxbys on Brownsville Rd will never get our money again two many time being disrespected. Fool me once shame on you ,Fool me twice, shame on me never again..

I decided to go get me a chicken grilled Cobb salad. When I got home and looked at my salad and started to eat some of it, I noticed that some of the lettuce was purple which means it had went bad. This is not my first time experiencing this, but this is surely my last, I am highly upset that they do not have fresh salads and I will no longer eat Zaxby’s. I also will tell others about their unfresh salads.

NEVER DOORDASH HERE!!!! First I found that one of my items from my order was missing then I found hair strands all over my food. NOT 1 OR 2 BUT PLENTY OF HAIR. Again save your money and health.

Our food was horrible! It was all warm up in the microwave. And they served it on melted plastic. This is not my hometown. Zaxby's. Sorry if it's yours. If we are ever in the area we will not stop in. You should have went to Chick-fil-A!! Look at the picture of my plate. Horrible!

Zaxby’s is a favorite of mine, however when you are ordering most of the cashiers are extremely dismissive about your requests. I usually pick up Zaxby’s for my nephew who is differently abled and he has a meltdown if the food touches.This location continually regardless of how you order, how many times you say it, they never get it right.Needless to say it’s always a miss at this location. The cheese bites were chewy. The food was cold even though we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for the food. I can honestly say I was tremendously disappointed.I would also like to note, we don’t eat fries, so we asked for additional coleslaw. Irony, no coleslaw. Oh well, maybe next time!

It's a hit or miss at this location. Last two visits were bad. Food and drive thru. They make you pull up to wait on your food even when there's not anyone behind you. Most the time it's always a long wait at the window. My latest visit was the last for me with the very rude girl at the drive thru window. I will not go back to this location!

This Zaxby’s has changed for the worst, I ordered some loaded fries and was waiting 30 plus minutes till I decided to just get the refund. Meanwhile the employees are play fighting and the manager isn’t showing enough leadership. There’s also been times where my fries just haven’t been cooked properly at all, like it was still half frozen. Very disappointed since I like Zaxby’s and this happens to the nearest location to me.
