Had lunch here after a dr appointment. The food was delicious and the service was top notch! Highly recommend!

I was there yesterday with a party of 7. They were unable to sit us together so sat us next to one another. We were not allowed to pull our tables closer to each other in order to not have to scream across the room. BUT when the tickets came out..every single one of them had a gratuity attached to it. Leaving the server close to a $20 tip. Mind you, none of us noticed until one did. We were all getting ready to leave her more money! (Even though she was a terrible waitress with a “I don’t care” kind of attitude and slow). Then while being served, the service was super slow (even though there weren’t a ton of people there AND there was staff just lined up on the wall doing absolutely nothing) I asked the waitress for another bowl of sauce because of the slow service AND because it’s Covid and I was sitting at my table with my daughters coach (whom I don’t know very well and didn’t want to share a bowl with him) she said it would be an additional .75 cents. When I asked why..she said she didn’t make the bowls, she just works there (very unprofessional). After all of this and with the gratuity already attached (after I paid), I asked to speak with the manager. An “assistant manager” came to me and was even more unprofessional stating it is what it is and I’m a bad customer and literally fought with me instead of simply apologizing! And then threatened to call the police and I told him to do so since I too am an officer. I am so disappointed in the behavior of your staff. I’m by no means a Karen but it really bothered me that they didn’t let us sit together but then had the nerve to charge gratuity and to be so dead set on the .75 cent charge. Very bad for business and I will not be back. And I will be sure to spread the word.
