The drive-thru wait time was 30+ minutes. The drive-thru window attendant had long hair, no hair net and constantly rubbed his hands through his hair; then he wiped his hands on the butt of his pants. This is the most flagrant lack of hygiene I’ve ever seen in any food establishment. My suggestion is for a member of Wendy’s senior management team to work in this restaurant for a day. There must be countless opportunities for improvement. So very disappointed in Wendy’s. :-(
