WORST ESTABLISHMENT EVER. The manager, Samuel, is the rudest human being I have ever encountered. That’s saying a lot, considering I work in the medical field. We called to check on an order that was placed after waiting over an hour for a delivery time that said 29-39 minutes. It’s understandable that these are estimated but waiting over an hour past that time is unacceptable. Especially since they don’t give you a courtesy call to let you know any updates. No text updates. Nothing. From the minute I called to check, I had the displeasure of speaking to this jerk. He was rude immediately, condescending and outright disrespectful to me when I was asking him about our food. His response “well you can come get it”. I said no, I paid for delivery for a reason and I paid for a tip for a delivery driver. He said “oh well. We only have 3 drivers”. That’s not a me problem, that’s a you problem. I understand things happen. But when you’re nasty to a customer, that’s unacceptable. He was so nasty to me that my husband took over the call and was equally nasty to him. He ended the call with “consider your order cancelled” and hung up. Literal seconds later our order disappeared. He hung up on us several times when we called back, and when my husband called in he left him sitting on hold for over 8 minutes on purpose. Hope you’re reading this Samuel - and hope you consider a new career that DOES NOT involve you speaking to customers.
