Food was great and the people making the subs were awesome. However I gave my name and was suppose to receive a free sub and she charged me anyways. But had the worst attitude any time she saw someone walk in the door.

Great subshop. Love their very fresh salads, subs- even from this Jersey girl.Skip the tuna if you're from the north but I'll sell them my recipe if they want it. The bread is great and the service is the best here.
Our food order was wrong, the drink machine was down for about 10 minutes and they were out of tea. We asked for a refund as we were not satisfied with our meal and Sarah Washington, the manager, was rude not only when we asked for solutions but also when we asked for a refund. We left without eating and we will not go back there again. Customer service is not a priority at this restaurant.

Attempted to eat unch here today. My husbands sandwhich was completely wrong, they were out of tea and the coke machine was being worked on so for about 10 minutes we were not able to get anything to drink. My sandwhich was not made properly as well. All of this would have been fine except that when we brought the issues to the manager, Sarah Washington, she wanted to argue with us and was rude. All we wanted was our money back and she argued with us about refunding as we were not satisfied. She did finally refund our money and we left without eating. The customer service was the issue today more than the drinks and the food. Had Sarah been kind and respectful we probably would have been OK with the whole situation. She did not handle things in a managerial way. Customer service is dead in Rincon.

Our food order was incorrect and there were no drink options available for most of the time we were in the restaurant. We asked the manager for a refund as we were not satisfied and she became argumentative and rude. We will not eat here again and do not recommend this establishment if you want good customer service.
