Got a kids meal cheeseburger for my grandson, got home and he started to eat it. He opened it up and the meat was smaller and thinner than a Krystal burger and cold and hard as a rock. Sad what they put out as food these days!

Compelled to write a review tonight after the AMAZING service I received. Late night drive through on the weekend, mistakes are bound to happen! I ordered 2 plain double cheeseburgers & received them all the way. The PROMPTLY fixed my order and had a great attitude about it. Didn’t make me feel bad about bringing the original food back or anything. Very extremely nice! Then they even gave both me and my 5 yo daughter a free pie to make up for getting the burgers mixed up. Mistakes are bound to happen, THIS kind of customer service is the DIFFERENCE though. My daughter was super excited about the pie. I love it. This is true customer service the way it should be. Thank you to the crew that was there on 1/27/24!!! Yall are absolutely amazing!!!

Deborah or deborah and the gang made me take this picture lol just tea teasing they did look at me funny when I said something about the plan of the apes Taylor nova just teasing when she told me her name made me think of that the uniqueness of it, but must say she had a unique personality Good for customer service for sure she cares enough to smile and be energetic and go the extra mile and the conversation even suggesting things to help the store make more money really appreciate the interaction.
