First let me say that Boss lady, has me completely spoiled!! When she cooked for our Birthday Event, I didn't have to leave my house to pick up a thing!!!! Everything I needed was provided from the napklins to the cups we drank from. Now for the best part, the food was beyond amazing, we had a brunch menu! I'm going to strart with the grits, creamy and delicious (was one of the items where to go wasn't allowed!!) prepared better than instrtucted with Shrimp seasoned perfectly with just a hint of spicy, Bacon, Chicken, and Smoke sausages were OMG good!! Extra shot out for the chicken, there were two people that only eat fish, this day they ate chicken, because it was just that damn good!!! We had hashbrowns, their wasn't one potatoe left...enough said. We had memosia's she had precut strawberries for the glasses!!!!!! Oh and her fruit tray was amazing and there was a perfect balance of fruit (it wasn't heavy on the melons like most people do). We also had food left over and that's with everyone having seconds!! She was so wonderful, we wanted her to stay for the party, but sadly she had to work! She is just an all around amazing person to work with! We'lll make sure she can hang at the next event!
