Made an order in the drive thru order the same thing I got yesterday. Today I was charged extra only to not get what I paid for. Spoke to the manager he said come back he will make it for me. I came back in the other “ manager with the dreads put the blizzard on the counter and tells me he made it right the first time. Clearly not if the customer is back. His attitude and unprofessionalism left a bad taste in my mouth so I requested my money back. The money was given change back only to realize when I got in the car he didn’t give me all my money back. I goes back in and his excuse is that he was busy which now the other manager is being unprofessional. At the end of the day, I am still a customer whether you are busy or not and you’re not giving me my correct change has nothing to do with your professionalism and customer service etiquette as managers. Both of them as managers need to be retrained when working with the public. Him saying he was busy it might’ve been eight total people inside and 2 people running drive thru. The rudeness and the lack of accountability is why I will not be going back nor promoting them.

They purposely give you 1 sauce for 6 large chicken strips so you'll have to pay an extra 50 cents for sauce. They know darn well those strips are too big for the little bit of sauce they give you. We also got charged for a 6 PC chicken strip basket but got a 4 PC instead.

I just left there because I was craving a caramel sundae with pecans. I also wanted a good burger and fries. Well I asked for hot fries and they were hot; however the double bacon cheeseburger was awful!!? It was dry as a dessert and seemed to be cooked hours ago or the day before. I paid $15.80 for this burned dried out burger. I guess I better stick with ice cream when I go to DQ. The food is just not good!?? I tried the chicken tenders last time and they were dry with no taste also. I used to like those but something has changed with their food it appears. The girl at the drive thru was friendly. That’s the only reason I gave those 3s. I wish I would have taken a picture of that dry, old burger. Ridiculous!
