Extremely slow service. I go in frequently to order a soft drink, and it takes at least ten minutes for a cup. The staff is not friendly, and the restrooms are disgusting. Plan accordingly. This is not fast food. It's slow food. The food is served cold.

Not busy at all yet they take 20 minutes and more to make a few Krystal’s and chili cheese fries. Doesn’t take that long to cook burgers. Crazy. Don’t bother stopping here. Not a great area either.

They deserve negative 5 stars. I stopped by this location because I really wanted the grit bowl and they gave me and my kids bowls that was busted at the bottom and the hot grits got all over my son lap because the bottom of the bowl busted open and they got mad at me cause I told them they wrong and gave me the run around for the distract number and end up calling the police on me and telling me to leave cause I told them a refund isn’t gone fix my son burnt leg because of they negligence and told me I was being rude and disrespectful. I will be contacting corporate Monday morning . I recorded everything.

Just got into town from California. Missed having krystals so we decided to come by and soothe our cravings. My brother and I both ordered pick 5.He got 2 cheese Krystals 2 chili cheese pups and tater tots. He got all his items except no tater tots and fries instead.I ordered 1 cheese Krystal, 1 tater tot, 1 chili cheese pup, 1 corn pup and an apple turnover. I received no tots and no apple turnover. I ended with 4 items, 2 cheese krystals, 1 chili cheese pup and 1 corn pup.This was a bit disappointing since I was missing an item and my brother got fries instead of his tots.TBH I'm not surprised. We've come to this location many times in the past when we lived here in Riverdale and they've always messed something up with the orders. I recommend checking the bag before you drive off or you'll be sad like I am without my apple turnover

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I’ve given this place chance after chance and the only reason why I stopped was because nothing else was open. I ordered a pick 5 not knowing they were out of CORN PUPS. When the Caucasian lady with 4 teeth at the bottom handed me my food I knew the bag felt light so I checked it and drove back around to get what was missing. She didn’t even have the decency to tell me they were out of CORN PUPS but the other workers did. She had the nerve to come back to the window and tell me she’d give me an extra item that I already have but she won’t do it again because I paid on the website!! It wasn’t like I paid on a 3rd party app and it wasn’t hard to switch the item out so I could go on about my day. I’ve never experienced no mess like this. No matter if I paid at the window or on the website there was no excuse for this foolishness. She CLAIMED she was doing her job but couldn’t even tell me they were out of an item. I will be calling corporate about this horrible customer service & never will I spend my hard earned money at this place again! Not to mention the food was cold SMH..
