I was a little disappointed about the inconsistency of the new Crazy Puffs. I’ll can just make them at home for now on. The older gentleman was training/ teaching a younger man and both were very nice to all patrons that came in despite it being that lunch time rush.

I placed an order on the app and the food was supposed to be ready between 8:00-8:05pm I’m here it’s 8:16 they tell me they never seen it on The screens . If that’s the case do I get updates on my app regarding what’s going on with my food so now I have to wait more time that they have no accountability which is sad.

Not very clean, no friendly staff, cashier was having a conversation on the phone as i was trying to place my order with them. Cashier also had an attitude when i asked for a fresh pizza instead of the old one he tried to give me. Will not be back very bad service.

Lil Caesar’s pizza use to be very good even though the prices are much cheaper than other pizza companies. I ordered online a picked up at this location. After walking in the store it was not so clean and the floor was sticky with dirty foot prints. I should’ve just canceled the order but I decide to stay. I got home my pizza was well overcooked and dry. I ordered a beef and pepperoni thin crust pizza and cheese bread. They burned up my beef. I picked a slice but the whole pizza came forward because they didn’t cut the slices. So I cut the pizza myself to eat as I was eating I noticed I was eating the parchment paper that was cooked and stuck to pizza. This was not safe if I had children they could’ve choked on the paper.Please hire Better employees to represent lil Caesar because it’s been terribly ran like this.

My daughter and I two ordered cheese sticks with extra toppings but when I was about to share with my grandkids I found hair under some of the toppings!!! I’ve been calling to inform them of my order No one is answering! That will be the last time I purchase anything from that establishment!!!

Paid for extra most best with extra sauce no extra pepperoni or sauce waited an hour and my pizza looks like this it’s dry and half of the top of the pizza is missing will never go back papa Johns will have my business for now on
