The service was unacceptable. I order a meduim fry without salt. I was told to pull around to the door I want at least 15 minutes and never got the fries I asked for a refund.

Talk about a ghetto excuse for a restaurant. So it started out by having someone's grandmother took my order. She couldn't hear and didn't ring up anything I asked for I had to scream and repeat myself at least 12 times. Finally she got my order partially right and then pulled me forward. Didn't realize it at the time but my stuff was still wrong. I was supposed to have a bacon double qtr with cheese. I only got a single. I asked for no pickles remove the regular onions and replace them with the onions that go on the double cheese burger I got only ketchup and mayo, no bacon no nothing. Then to top it all off I asked the dude at the window if I could have my Buffalo sauce I paid for, he wanted to get all prison bully on me and I checked him and finally he gave it to me. I don't have time for this foolishness McDonald's get it together.

I usually frequent this McDonald's sometimes for a quick bite. But on my last visit, I got scammed. The girl at the drive thru took a picture of my card and made fraudulent transactions from my account. I only used my card once that day after that transaction the bank sent a fraudulent text. Watch them pay cash or go inside. I went back and told the manager with receipt. Not sure if anything was done. BE CAREFUL!!!

Everything is average and what you would expect from McDonald's. We did have a new cashier in the drive thru that made the experience much more pleasant than usual with her cheeryness!
My fries were cold! Had to get out of drive thru and go inside for fresh fries!

I walked in to get the two Sausage McMuffins With Egg deal. I've been going to this store for awhile and have used their kiosk system. When I asked the clerk for a cup of water, I was told that I'd have to pay for it. When I said that the kiosk lists cups of water as free, she didn't know what to say but still would not give me a cup of water. I told her I would take my business elsewhere and left the store without buying anything. I will not be back.There's nothing more annoying than being lied to and manipulated.

As always, I order everything on apps because I just like to be able to pull up, get my order and go. All I ordered was a large iced coffee with caramel, cream, and chocolate. Get there and the lady said it was canceled, okay cool I asked if I could just order at the window cause I only wanted coffee. She said yes and took my order, scanned my app and sent me to the next window. The girl at the pickup window made my coffee. It literally was on the screen and ticket what I wanted in my coffee and this girl handed me a damn cup of chocolate coffee with no ice. I took one sip and threw it out the window, I’m tired of patronizing McDonald’s and the workers can’t even get simple orders correct. I have had bad experiences in McDonalds in Atlanta, Savannah, Duluth, Chattanooga, Jacksonville, Fl, etc. this company in general is greedy and don’t care that money is being taken but customers aren’t getting what they pay for. I think it’s safe to say I’m just done giving them my money. That’s why I go to Starbucks cause I don’t have problems there but Starbucks isn’t 24 hours like most McDonald’s……oh well
