The staff is very rude , all of them had air pods in , when I came in my order was ready , and it was also wrong. The black girl with blonde hair ignores me as I was speaking to her . The manger never came to me as I waited for my pizza to be fixed . Unprofessional to have air pods in as you are working in customer service.

I placed a order online and my money was taken out my account so I called the store the Manger or who ever was very rude didn't even try to help resolve the issue told me my money would go back to my card them I went in to the store and got rude customer service at the store but my money did come back and went to another pizza place got better deals on the food and very nice service

I came in my order was ready before I even left the house to pick it up.
The man made my order while cleaning duty and didn’t wash his hands. The order finished and he put in boxes, but continued to clean the floor walked to the back of restaurant came back and kept cleaning instead of handing me my order.

I would give ZERO stars if I could!! The service was terrible and my pizza looked atrocious. I ordered a small bacon pizza and the pizza I received was very sloppily made. The customer service was not up to par and the particular employee on shift was very rude and obnoxious! I'm never going back again!!

I ordered a pizza on my lunch last Thursday & was very disappointed in the service & my food. I asked the guy to put my pizza back into the oven because I wanted it well done he gave me attitude about that once I got to work I noticed the pizza dough wasn’t cooked throughout so I could only imagine how it was before I asked to re-oven it. I called the store manager to resolve the issue he became very combative so I told him to just refund my money which I haven’t received yet. I’ve called 3 times about & still haven’t been rectified.
