The fat white woman was so rude and disrespectful. Not only toward each customer for no reason, but also towards employees. I felt so bad for the young Black man working there, she talked to him horribly, as if he was dumb. She literally was yelling to the top of her lungs and was wrong! Didn't even apologize to him. Also, he struck me as someone with an intellectual disability so it's really sad that she speaks to him that way. I pray that isn't her son bcus he did look mixed.

I ordered a pizza ? I specifically ask for a Super Supreme pizza told the young lady Andrea that had about 4 diffrent colors in her hair !!my order which consisted of no beef or Italian sausage pan pizza well done large!! THEY DID EVERYTHING I SAID I DIDNT WANT ON PIZZA !! THEN TO ADD INSULT TO INJURY HAD AN ATTITUDE WHEN I TOLD HER PIZZA WAS MADE WRONG AND TO PLEASE CORRECT IT!!!! I ORDERED PAN AND GOT HAND TOSSED!!! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION ? THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I WAS PISSED OF WALKING OUT THE DOOR!! MY HUSBAND WAS VERY UPSET AND DISAPPOINTED WITH HIS DINNER!! I HAD TO BRING PIZZA HOME AND PLACE IN OVEN FOR 40 MINS!! IT WAS DISGUSTING!!!!! I WILL BE CALLING CORPORATE FIRST THING IN THE AM!!!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!!!!!! I AM EXTREMELY UPSET!! I placed an order first wk in feb, and my soda and 2 xtra sauces weren't with my order and STILL haven't gotten them. I emailed and went to social media to get a response, and they JUST( MARCH, really)offered me a free large pizza, but what kind of large and STILL NO MENTION OF MY SODA AND SAUCES,that free pizza is a very lil compensation, but I am STILL owed my soda and sauces. The store never answered phone, and the response and CUSTOMER IS SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

I've ordered from this location multiple times and I've always had a problem with missing items and having to still pay for it when i never received it. I've called the store for a manager but get left on hold for almost 20 minute.

Food was cold then forgot my drink and I called 6 times and no one got the phone then contact center wasn’t no help this store is horrible
Was told my order would be delivered in 45 minutes. It was 8pm going on 11 pm still no order. So I pull up they told me my order was out for delivery. I go home and dashers contact me saying they went to pick up my pizza but they were told it was out for delivery. It was 12 a car pulled up then pulled off and claimed it was delivered. The whole company was unprofessional and just full of lies but they took my money. Never again!!!!!

Pizza was good, but lobby closed at 9 pm, and I was forced to use one lane lane drive thru. Plus, the coupon that was given out at store a few months earlier (not expired) was not honored with online order. It's not the store"s fault, but the code should have worked for the location.

They really need to close this location. I called in an online order with a guarantee of 30 minute delivery. After 30 minutes, I called the store and received horrible customer service. After a few attempts to call, I decided to drive to the store location. OMG!!!!! Once I entered the store, I experienced the ghetto attitudes from the white manager and black crew. I knew I was in a place where there is lack of common education and demanded my money back. I’ll never spend my money with this company again due to fact Pizza Hut hires incompetent people to run their business.

The part of the order they got right was good but they sent some other stuffed sausage meal instead of the personal sausage pizza and they didn't send the blue cheese dipping sauce for the wings. When I called them they wanted me to order another pizza and they would send it out. Food good, service crappy.

The facility where my food comes from is great during the daytime but the night shift has other things going on. The food isn't hot, sometimes cancel your order out of no where,never answers phone to accommodate you with a concern, some of your items are missing from your order.
