I was told to cancel my order at this location because they ran out of wings and would not substitute whole wings in its place. They told me to cancel in the app after I already paid for my mobile order. This also happened to another customer. No one could tell me how to cancel in the app, and it wasn't working. Then, one young man tried to help me cancel and got me to customer service on the app to cancel after much problems. I don't blame anyone, but it could been handled differently. I may delete the app and visit in person from now on if I come back. I left hungry with no dinner. It was a waste of time to order in the app, and there needs to be a way in the app to make items sold out to let users know. Now I have to wait 5-7 days for a refund... not acceptable.

These people do not read order notes but trust me, they will let you know that you have to put instructions in the order notes and I always do but they stay getting mad at me because I have my proof everytime that I did put “Sauce on side” or “Mardi Gra mustard” and they’ll have an attitude because they choose not to read and throw anything in the bag lmaooo I’m like slow down and read before you curse me out
