My second time dining I let it slide the pickles they put on my turkey burger, but they did it again! Then I ordered hot wings all drums dusted with lemon pepper. I got all flats just hot no lemon pepper dust off! I did not feel like going back through traffic to get it fix or refund my $2.00 but if I go back I will definitely check my food from now on! They could really do better when reading while preparing the food.

Normally when I visit the Riverdale location, I have a great experience, but my last two have not been so great…. My first unpleasant experience was when I ordered creole lemon fries and got home to discover I was given straight Cajun fries. Then tonight I ordered a Turkey burger with double cheese to receive a cold put together burger with unmelted cheese. If my burger was freshly cooked there’s no way my cheese shouldn’t be melted.

The burger was great! I like the fries,salty but not in a bad way. I like the slushy but they only had the blue,thought it would be variety but it was still good. Nothing to complain about. I heard abt this place and tried it last year for the first time. It was another location so i stuck to that one for awhile and realized i had one closer so i took a chance and I'm glad i tried this one. They are just as good and helpful too. Best Burger Spot in Riverdale! I’m not going to lie I was a little skeptical about trying at first, but I’m so glad I did. I like how you can place your own orders and build your meal. The burger and fries are DELICIOUS! Better than McDonalds!!! I ordered the original burger with two patties and make it 2x fries, if you love fries like me then I recommend getting those instead of the regular. The only bad thing I would have to say is that they don’t answer the phone when you call, which is probably because they are so busy, but I didn’t mind.The place is so clean and the staff are very nice and professional. 10 out of 10!!! I will be coming here frequently!!!

For my first time I ordered 3 burgers , then I waited, 15 min later when I asked about my order they had only made 1 burger so I had to wait another 6 to 8 minutes for them to make the rest of my order, then when I got home it was missing the grilled onions , very disappointed. When I called to complain the young gentleman was very rude , the burgers were good but that’s my last time going there.
