I placed an order online and they still had me waiting 30 mins for some damn eggs and hashbrowns. Then they was giving everybody their food that ordered after me and that is ridiculous. These ppl had like 5-6 orders and they got them out faster than me meanwhile it took 45 mins for my lil order. Yall need to get rid of online orders if you can’t handle it.

This is by far one of the slowest Waffle House locations I’ve been to. Everytime I choose this location, I am waiting over an hour for my food. I thought I would be smart ordering ahead online, but that just takes even longer!!! Then the workers will tell you “your food is about to come up”, just lying. I was told several times that my food was about to come up, just for me to wait over a hour! The least they could do is be HONEST with customers. This by far is the worst location.
To go orders only after a certain time at night...ok but why is there a mandatory 20% gratuity on to go orders? At least prepare my food correctly if I'm forced to tip you 20%...

Chicken not cooked I could’ve said over the phone but Waffle House no longer answer the
Was told I had to wait 10 minutes by the cook. Team members were inside sitting at the tables. The cook let 2 team members in and came back to the door about 10 minutes later to say they were open. The door was locked I walked to the window, there was a young woman to look at me and continued to do whatever she was doing. It appears there is no management here the team is doing whatever they want. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH WH AGAIN. THIS STORE DESERVES NO STARS.
