“I visit this place very often. The atmosphere is always very pleasant and wonderful. The menu items are really affordable and the customer service is great. The family loves eating here. Great dine for African foods. Unfortunately looks like I forgotten to take any recent pictures.“
“The price is gonna scare you until you see that portion, it was enough for me to go back and eat three times. About a 15 minute wait but OMG they give you so much food. I went here 2 months ago and have been thinking about it nonstop. Best Egusi soup I've ever had.“
“First time in this restaurant and I recommend it 100%. The food was amazing. We ordered the peanut butter stew and the Lamb Chebb and the flavors were mind blowing. Mary was awesome and a sweetheart. I will definitely be coming back next time I visit ATL.“
“For the first time I've tried something new this was absolutely amazing the service and food is on point not to mention they play some amazing up tempo music. If your in the Atlanta area come by and check them out in Forest ParkParking: Parks are right up front“
“Great food!! Was my first time having Nigerian cuisine, and this restaurant really sets the tone. The owner was incredibly helpful with my food choices. Took time to help me understand exactly how each item was prepared. I will definitely be returning.“
“I'm Pregnant And Was Craving Cassava Leaf All Night. I Went To Get Some Lawd Have Mercy It Soo Good And The Portion Size Is Worth Every Dime. Tried FuFu For The First Time And I'm Hooked Thank Y'all I Will Be Back For More ❤️“
“Forgive me for not taking a before picture. The lady at the counter was very nice. Small shop in a plaza. isn’t the best plaza. Unique smell inside. Delighted to see a good food option in the plaza. I ordered the grilled lamb, lamb wrap, and fried rice/Benechin/Thieb. Rice was the best but I like it better when there are vegetables in it. The lamb meat was fatty in it. I ate all of the rice. My lamb wrap wasn’t the best because the meat inside was over cooked and had a little off taste. It was poorly wrapped, I couldn’t finish it. The grilled lamb had good flavor along with those awesome onions on top. A lot of the meat was chewy and inedible which was a bummer. This is my second time eating from here and I wanted to like it more as it is closer to me than the restaurant I usually go to for this type of food. They are fair priced. Wanted to try the Snapper. The meat pies didn’t look filled so I didn’t order one. I can’t say that I am converted.Parking: Plaza needs updating and uplifting. Plenty parking everywhere. You can park upside down it’s so much space“
“The food was quite tasty and the portions large. My first time having Gambianian food. I would have liked a medium or small serving option. We could not finish and as we were in a hotel did not have the capacity to store the leftovers and had to discard. (Dinner for 4 $80 we threw away at least $25 to $30.)The space, dining and serving area needs to be renovated to make more inviting.“
“What I really wanted was Amala with Ewedu + Gbegiri, but it wasn’t ready yet, so I opted for Pounded yam and Ẹ̀fọ́ rírò.The food arrived with a rich aroma of Iru, the vegetables were nicely cooked and the meat… Assorted — huge chunks of cowleg, beef and Ṣhaki (tripe).Nice meal.I’ll be sure to return next time I’m in Atlanta.“
“I saw a previous review on this place and since it was so close to home, I had to go. It was GREAT!! The food was hot and fresh and the owner is a sweetheart! I had eba with egusi soup and tilapia and a side of moimoi.. It was worth the price, I ate until I was full and had enough left for tomorrow, if it lasts that long. I'll definitely make this my "treat me" place to go! Brought back memories of my Nigerian experience while living in Ghana.“
“Now I’m not one to make many reviews on food but this place deserves the most positive review possible. The lady that worked there was so nice and friendly and very patient when it came to order placing. She didn’t hesitate explaining the food to you and the food was made fresh to order. I’ve had a few west African meals in the area but this place tops them all. Delicious flavor, fresh and made to order and it’s the best prices I’ve seen in town with great portion sizes. I will definitely go back soon and I recommend you check them out ASAP“
