I ate here last month. The service was super! And the catfish was soooo delicious! I will definitely eating here again.

My first time at this establishment I experienced a young black cashier with sassy attitude lashing at a customer about forgetting her order which I thought was tacky . The food was good but attitude with good food doesn't mix especially when the workers are also outside smoking in front of the building clustered in a gang which draws the wrong attention to the establishment .

On 3/11/20 I visited the location again because maybe the first time was just a bad day . I literally was placed on hold without an introduction for 7 minutes . Not only did I disconnect the call upon waiting so long I called back literally ten times to place an order to avoid waiting in the building for my food to cook . After calling back to back for 25 minutes with no response I walk through the door to see a black dread head with the businesses phone in his hand .. so then I proceed to ask for a manager and question as to why AT A ESTABLISHMENT NO ONE IS ANSWERING THE PHONE . Katisha Bullard tells me that they keep their phone on mute and that I need to contact Comcast in regard to them being open and not answering the phone when asking for her name and attempting to take a business card she try's to snatch the card I'm grabbing out of my hand and tells me to leave and starts taking pictures of me which was uninvited and uncalled for . While walking out of the door I then start to record her actions due to her taking pictures of me and she becomes so irate she snatched MY PHONE out of my hand and threatens to grab a gun from the back of the building which I'm sure the owner doesn't know she carries in his establishment. After getting my foot slammed in the door and my phone taken I head across the street to call the police on her for threatening me and she closes the business , turns the "open" sign off , turn off the lights and leaves the location WHILE THE ESTABLISHMENT IS STILL OPEN before the police to come . This has never happened to me before and people with such poor character should hold a managers position . I would love to get in contact with the owner but I'm not sure how to contact him . He needs to know what kind of people is in charge of his building . They are ruining his reputation and give an great example as to why black people don't support black businesses . I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE

This is the best place in town food always fresh on point the owner is amazing welcoming you soon as you walk in the door if you new to the area please check them out I promise you won’t go wrong I’m here at least 4 times a week.

The food here is usually very good, but the customer service is horrible. Called my order in and KAT the operations manager was very, very curt over the phone, went to pick up my order and she was the only one in the store and was a little less rude, but still kinda short. She was only one in store and burnt my boyfriend and my wings. I’m not coming back. It’s literally 3 American Delis in a 2 mile radius. Customer service is everything.

This place is horrible! the wings are 1&1/2 inches long. these are the same wings that are sold on Cleveland ave for $12 a bag! After purchasing wings I rushed home to satisfy my appetite only to go back out to get wings from WNB FACTORY! I am Not a critic. I just had to let y’all know that the box of wings I got Only Valued about $2! I wondered why they customers participation is LOW! If I could take that one star back, I WOULD!!!
I have no idea what the food tastes like. You see, after I had placed the order for myself and my friends, after I had paid, after I had gotten the confirmation notice, and after the delivery driver reached the restaurant then and only then did Wing Heaven let anyone know that they were having system issues and had been for an unspecified time. They were not taking orders. Ten minutes before the estimated delivery time, I received a text message from the delivery service that the order was canceled. I called the delivery service. They called the restaurant. I'm getting reimbursed of course, but it is going to take a few days for the money to be back into my account. We came up with alternative menu arrangements. But I would not recommend this restaurant. They screwed up and didn't have the professionalism to make nice, much less an apology. This doesn't bode well for anything else that they do.
