After our discussion on Friday, my credit card was charged twice and I asked for a credit by the restaurant and was told that my credit card was not charged twice. I ordered at 120pm and tried to cancel the pick up order at the restaurant less than 5 minutes of my order on the same day. The hostess told me to cancel online. I placed a second order for delivery. I received my delivery order and never received food or credit for the second order. I called again a week later. Unfortunately, I was told I had to dispute with my credit card company for further action of being charged twice. I would recommend giving some additional training to your employees instead of them telling to request a refund on the website. Clearly, the online order does not work for your business.

This is one of the best delis I have visited. I travel for work and was told Anas is very good. I did not expect it to be as good as it is. The staff is very nice and helpful. The food delicious. I will definitely be back to eat here again.

The hotel staff recommended we try Ana's and boy, were we glad! Great sandwiches and a cute outside sitting area out back. They are very conveniently located downtown so if you are heading out to downtown Rome, Enjoy!

Hidden gem that you don't want to miss! The grilled chicken rotolo and house chips are where it is at!! Take a seat on the beautiful back patio or even right out front. The service is fast and friendly and the food is amazing! Great lunch spot to catch up with a good friend. Highly recommend this awesome spot!

Great rotolos, sandwiches and burgers on Broad Street in Rome! The pasta also comes highly recommended. My husband loved his burger with homemade pimento cheese. Give it a try if you’re in the area!

Where Ana should have reopened all along, such a beautiful space. Same great menu. Excellent customer service. And omg check out the back deck. It is simply divine. I can't wait to go back. Try a rotolo. Her wings, best in town, or her pimento cheese burger. So glad she found this spot right on Broad. Park on the street or behind at the parking deck.

Ana's is now Ana's by the River on Broad Street. No one beats her pasta, Rotolos, Cuban, homemade potato chips, or any other food for that matter. Her's is the best.

I had lunch here and had one of the best sandwiches I've ever had. The prices do appear to be high, but the size of the sandwiches really make up for it. I will definitely be back!
