This Arby's in this location sucks because you order in drive thru they don't tell you the total of your order and get to the window they don't ask or even say hi or asked how you doing the customer service sucks ?? here I order the 2 for $6 roast before fish I got the fish had to wait for the fish which I didn't care what I care is it was plain I didn't order it plain I wanna the cheese, the sauce and lettuce and it was over cook too,to me they didn't listen or even look at what I order which who in the hell eat fish plain ...not me I give 1 star on everything all because I had to put a star down I won't go back to this Arby's location I will go to the one near the hospital on Martha Berry highway in Rome ga or by my work in Emerson ga

Today, I made anOnline order (for the first time). I live 5 minutes away from this store, so it seemed an efficient idea. I made the order online from the stores website, and paid online using Apple Pay. The site said my order would be ready in 5 minutes, do I immediately left my house y to o pick up the order. When I went inside to get my order, the counter person a sad led me my name, which, of course, I told. She then came back to inform me the did not have my order. Did I have the correct store? I showed her my order on my phone, that included the store number, as well as my order. She went to confer with a male person, who stated that he hated the website, and that it “sucked”. I was again told that myOrder was nowhere to be found, but I could still make my order in store, except got one problem. On my online order the sandwiches were $2 apiece, and I showed that order to the cashier, which she promptly blew off. I was then told they would fulfill my order, but the rate was 4 for $10, different from the rate I had ordered, and showed the cashier my order online on my phone. The response was simple indifference, and a total lackOf care. At this point, I was extremely irritated, snd tired of this bait and switch scheme the employees were obviously trying to pull off. So I left. If the charge appears on my credit card gor the purchase I made in Apple Pay, obviously, I will vehemently dispute it. No customer deserves to be treated like this, and you should be ashamed. Of course, you won’t be. I WAS a regular customer, now. I cannot see myself returning. You make Popeyes customer service look good, and they are the worst of the worst. Congratulations. Hopefully. Your financial outlook follows your despicable lack of service.

We love Arby’s. This staff was SUPER NICE and ON TOP OF IT! That’s hard to come by these days. They kept the place super clean. And they are AWARD WINNING! Didn’t get a 5-star with this review bc both restrooms were closed bc of water pressure issues. Went to McDonalds next door and the place stunk and restrooms were SO DIRTY. Made me appreciate Arby’s even more. Thanks y’all.
