I wish people would do their research on how to properly run a business. Especially when it comes to food service. OMG is it that hard to offer fresh food! An old stall item of food is the ultimate F-U to a customer. Auntie Anne's is known for their fresh pretzels.I won't be returning. I paid for a fresh pretzel and received an old and hard pretzel. I made the employee aware and requested for fresh pretzel. I was told no as what they have is what they have. It was not close to closing time at all. I asked for the freshest next best item in their warmer tray.I was given another old cold item of food then was asked to pay the few cents difference instead of just being courteous to a customer and not worrying about the change in price.Ultimately I was charged twice equalling 30$ for 2 pretzels. The lady refunded my purchase and charged me again for the entire order. They are a disgrace to Auntie Anne's and I will never visit this particular store ever again.

If I could leave zero stars - I would! Worst Customer service ever!!!I order a pretzel, she said it would be 10 minutes (um hello -- you are a pretzel store) I said no thanks so she offered to sell me pretzel bites, I should have walked away but said sure. They were cold , hard and honestly just old. I also got a large drink. As I see her filling it I loudly said that's enough ice, well too late she had filled the cup to the rim with ice. No biggie I thought, I'll come back for a refill. So when I do she refuses to give me a refill, even though she could see the ice was up to almost the very top of the cup still.I said so to be clear, you can't give me a refill, even though you didn't stop filling the cup with ice when I asked and she said yes. These 2 women are a joke. Worst customer service ever. She yelled at me and then I yelled back telling her she needed to be nicer to her paying customer. What a waste of $13.98 and (server) "Sonal K" and her bossy co-worker need some training in the good ol USA of what good customer service looks like!Order#3571454836-16-23 2:33 p.m.

If I could give them zero, I would. The customer service is awful. I understand that you’re inside a mall, but that should be no excuse for being disrespectful to a paying customer. Also, don’t plan on the hours that are online reflecting on when it’s actually open. You might be disappointed.

I ordered this meal with three sauces. My total was over 20$. I come to find out that one of my sauces were left out so I go back to the counter to get it. She charges me four dollars more! For the sauce that was left out. When I asked why she said it was because she didn’t charge me for it the first time. She printed me a Receipt of my order from ten minutes before I came back. Mind you; I already had the sauce she was charging me for! I just came back to get the sauce that was left out! FOUR DOLLARS FOR SAUCE! Why did I pay it? Only god knows! I should have just walked away . Can’t say that I will be coming back.This business obviously doesn’t know how to keep customers.________Let’s not even mention the attached photos of the cold, hard, food!

We loved it!We aren’t American so have never had anything like that before and when I tried to get the server to explain the different options she was less than helpful but putting that aside the pretzels and caramel sauce were amazing and we will definitely be returning. The mall is never very busy so there was plenty of seating and the chocolate milkshake was lovely.

We usually have a good experience but this evening, (5:50pm) not so much. My daughter ordered a regular pretzel as we were leaving the mall, got to the car and not satisfied! Cold hard pretzel that she literally had to tear the overcooked bottom half off just to be able to chew it. Serve fresh food or don't serve it at all. No one likes to waste their money just so you can save yours. Word of advice...Watch your quality control or you'll lose business.

Cooking the food is more important than the people buying it. They were yelled from the back of the store to ask what we wanted. We had to repeat ourselves. We walked away.

The employees here are rude and they over charge on your children orders and they made my family pay extra money for there mistake creating my food again with seasoning. We will never in life recommend or eat at the Rome location again Facts.
