My husband and I went here for lunch today. This was our first and last time we will go here!!! Disgusting ? I’m hoping we don’t get food poisoning. Yes, it’s that bad!! I could better sushi at a gas station ?? Way overpriced and just flat out nasty!!! If you have any sense at all avoid this place ?????? Ok since our bad experience last time, decided to give Blue Fin in Rome another chance. This time was just as bad if not worse. The food was expensive and the roll I ordered was supposed to be fried tempura. It was so cold. Then I told our waitress and she came over to our table and took both my food and my husband’s right off the table. He had no problem with his, it was mine that was bad. They actually brought his plate back out after taking it back and I guess expected everything was good?!?? Needless to say he didn’t eat his and we got charged for both meals. They haven’t changed anything at all. They did bring mine back out warmer but I think they just microwaved it. No more going back. I would give zero stars if I could!!! ???????????????

I order from here often never had an issue until last night. Disappointed to say the least. We ordered take out around 920, picked up order before 950 specifically requested steamed rice with our meal was reassured the meal we chose cames with steamed rice.When we got home to enjoy our favorite dish there was NO rice No rice noddles…. Just a lot of sauce and onions with a skimpy serving of Mongolian Beef….. we tried to call but by this time they were closed. Called the next day to be told they can’t do anything for me because they didn’t work last night…. Beautiful resturant, usually great service, usually very good enjoyable food….

Best sushi and Japanese in Rome. Owner is almost always present and working. I wish they'd do a sit around hibachi table as I like the show. But their food keeps us coming, and I'll pass by the hibachi restaurants to get to Bluefin.

If you want Japanese food in Rome there aren't many options.Large sushi menu. Several other noodle and rice dishes. Large portions. Delicious.Very quick service. Place was pretty full but everything came nicely. And with a smile.The restaurant doesn't feel that Asian to me in decour, but it's got an exotic flare to it that isn't normal Rome, GA.You can wear a Tshirt no problem.Vegetarian options: Most of the dishes have a "pick your protein option" and "veggies or tofu" are options. Aside from specific meat dishes and a lot of the sushi, most can be made vegetarian or vegan.

THE LADY AT THE FRONT DESK ATTITUDE WAS VERY NASTY TREATED ME AS IF I AND MY FAMILY WERE AN CHARITY CASE IM LIVID AND HAVING THIS BE A FIRST IMPRESSION THE SERVICE AND TREATMENT WE RECEIVED WAS ABSOLUTELY ABSURD TO FORCE SOMEONE TO EAT SOMETHING THEY DIDNT ORDER BUT PAID FOR AND NOT TRY TO MAKE IT RIGHT IS INSANE WE WILL STICK TO ICHIBAN HAD THEY NOT BEEN CLOSED THATS WHERE WE WOULDVE ATE LIKE WE ALWAYS DO TONIGHT WE DECIDED TO GIVE IT A TRY BC OF OUR USUAL BEING CLOSED FOR THE NIGHT

Clear as day on the receipt, I received the total opposite then when he went to the restaurant to at least get it fixed or get the rice we payed for. He was told that they don't refund and that once the food leave the store it's not their problem because the food could've been swapped out for anything lmao how could we swap out piping hot food when it's the same way it was giving to us. The only thing that was different was that the bag was ripped opened because we were ready to eat it lol if it was McDonald's or anything fast food less than 10 bucks (even then they'd replace it) we wouldn't too much be as upset as we are now with having to lose out over 45 bucks because of the lack of accountability and lack of integrity the restaurant has !! I will NEVER order again from them and will make sure I spread the word, here, there or anywhere. I will be making a post on all social media platforms as well with the pictures of the order and receipt beside it showing the discrepancy !! We will be reporting to the BBB and anyone else just because of how we feel robbed out of our money and no resolution at all !! Very disappointed ! Just taking ppl money and not having a care in the world about it ! God don't like ugly and I've seen him move mountains even in ways ppl would never imagine ! It may be small to some of you but to take from my family and not care about it knowing it was an issue on your end is beyond me ! God don't bless no mess and they will get theirs !!
