Hey Rome Family, I’d just love to share my thoughts on my encounter with this Bojangles. I’d start with acknowledging other reviews on here that spoke on how rude the service was. I can totally agree with those statements, I can only imagine what level of rudeness is allowed at this establishment considering how rude the owner for 44 years gets with a customer when they merely ask for the list of drinks they offer. With this said I’ll personally never be going to this Bojangles for food again, and would advise others against going here as well.

I have picked up here for breakfast and lunch. The man who owns this place never comes across very friendly though his business depends on customer service and when ordering for lunch they are very often unable to fulfill your order for various reasons- staffing or supply. Either way, Ole Tymer’s Barbecue has better biscuits and better service and is just up the road. The only downside, is that Ole Tymer’s is not open on Sundays. Regardless, when I’m picking up biscuits for my family I prefer to patronize another establishment and if possible avoid this specific location of Bojangles.

Don't go to this Bojangles; especially, if you're Black. The white man at the window is a complete RACIST!!! He threw my card back at me when I questioned the additional charge for card users vs. cash. Blatant racism and rudeness are both unacceptable. It's 2023. Get over it already! Hope he doesn't consider himself a Christian acting like that.
