Orderd two whopp. evm m.rs w/ cheese, two chicken Jr's. We had to wait on the chicken... lettuce was gross. It was completely limp and discolored. The whoppers had no tomato... I wouldn't have minded, only no one said anything about a tomato shorted. If I had known I would have ordered something else and would havebeen completely satisfied.... thanks?

I ordered 1double whopper with cheese and bacon everything on it. They got this right. Then I ordered 4 double whoppers with just cheese and nothing else, no lettuce, tomato ect .She repeated order back correctly I still got everything on them and had to pull up and wait on my order. Everything just a little bit warm, except fries cold.The same thing happened to me last week with the same exact order. Also the tea was watered down. Poor service and substandard food seems to be the norm at this burger King

Very clean and the employees were very polite and even came out to the table to make sure we were happy with everything.
It was terrible we waited for a long time to get our order taken they was short handed the manager was running drive thru and counter he tended to the drive thru first until it was done then he came finally and took our order I order 6 whopper Jr 1 with extra pickell I had to open every hamburger to see which one had extra pickell and none of them had them so I don't think I'll b going back there and that's a shame cause burger king is one of my favorite places to eat ,but just not on shorter ave ?and his whole family wife and kids came in and ate while we was there

I consistently visit this Burger King drive thru with my SO. The service is always fast and quick. I generally never have issues with ordering and I've never had to "pull up"/wait for my food to come out regardless of the busy hours or not. My orders are always delivered to me quickly and generally accurately!!! My biggest complaint is that they forget my zesty sauce sometimes ? the onion rings aren't the same without it, but in terms of fast food in Rome, this Burger King has to be number 1! I really appreciate the management and employees here, thanks a bunch!

With the help of the mobile app, this place has become one of my favorite fast food spots. 1 large onion ring, a water ran 1.07 and I was full! The receipt gave me a chance to earn a free whopper also. The attitude of the employees is most important and these folks are happy and thankful for the business. Yes, I'll eat much more than just that, but it proved a great point one day.Parking: It's parking... ?
