Stopped in this afternoon and ordered a large diet Dr Pepper for me and a small chocolate milkshake for my 5yr old son. As I’m sitting in my Jeep at the door that they run the food out to the cars, I can hear a employee by the name of Katie laughing and saying how I got a diet Dr Pepper and still get fat off of a milkshake! I was livid to say the least. So, as I’m sitting in my Jeep waiting for our drinks they continue laughing about my order choices. When the young girl brought me my drinks, I told her that the diet Dr Pepper was for me and that the milkshake was for my 5yr old son! What a winning employee you have Chick Fil A! You should be proud of her! If she’s willing to say that about my order, who knows what’s she’s saying about other customers order choices. And at 135 pounds, if I wanted a milkshake with my diet Dr Pepper, so be it!!!!

I have been one of Chick-fil-A’s biggest patrons for over a decade and this is the first time I’ve ever sat in the truck Cathy’s house at my town. I was so impressed with the level of courtesy, the environment, and as always, the quality of the food.I’ll be coming back to sit down and partake in my favorite pastime, eating Chick-fil-A .
Had to start eating gluten free, so the lady that helped me was very informative on what Chick-fil-A offered. Thank you, she was great, food was different but I have to get used to eating without gluten.

I laugh as I type this. I went to pick up lunch to bring back to my office and when I opened up my box of nuggets I was surprised by the size of them… especially the one shown in the photo. I’m not even sure I can call it a chicken nugget because it wasn’t chicken, it was hard as a rock. The fries were also half full, but they didn’t stick around long enough for a photo. Anyways, sucks to pay roughly $14 for a fried rock and a half full side of fries, but what can you do about it! At least the lemonade was great!?
