The best chicken place in Rome ga and while most fast food places in Rome have excellent service, I think this one has the best. The people are so friendly and the food fantastic. Highly recommended!!

The restaurant was dirty.. and I mean that by saying every available sitting area had sticky stuff and food left overs. The people there where not trained well and not customer friendly. Churches also was extremely low in there food items and items availability. When we got our food we where short 4 pieces of chicken in our box and had to go back to the register and ask for them, also the chicken legs we got looked to be more like chicken wing legs instead of a full size chicken legs they were extremely greasy. We paid about $40.00 for our meal it had 3 sides and 8 biscuits , 16 pieces of chicken. The biscuits seemed undercooked and the music in the restaurant was down right filthy. I will not be returning any more to this place of business nor do I recommend it.

Normally I would not even leave a review like this and I hope the upper level management pays attention to these reviews. Just went in and ordered lunch. First impression was I should have turned around and left but I gave it the benefit of the doubt. First indication was the floors were very dirty, secondly the drink machine was leaking and sticky. The restrooms were blocked off with the trash cans and an out of order sign. The health score posted on the wall was 88, but anyone can have a bad day. The straw that broke the camel's back for me was when I bit into my biscuit and a long hair was in it. I immediately threw away my food after only eating one chicken finger. I couldn't tell the employees for feeling sick as my stomach. Too many choices in Rome to ever go back here again. I'd go elsewhere before ever going back here.

Apparently the workers are just inherently lazy here. I ordered through door dash and it went through all the way for me to see they were preparing it and who the dasher was. Next thing I know I get a text message stating that the store cancelled my order because they were closed. Closed at 8:24 pm on a Friday night? Right, sure. They are open until 11. Don't waste your time even ordering from them. Now let's see if I get my refund or not.

Let me start off by saying I've been going to Church's for over35 years, the experience my son and I received from Tonya the Manager went well beyond her duties, she if a wonderfully and fantastic human being, and the pride she shows for Church's, comes out in her cooking and customer service. Loved the experience try it for yourself.

Love church's chicken, just everyone is out of alot things.
Food was good...got the largest chix tender box+sides, etc. Large sides are very small....should be twice the size they are (very small). Not enough to feed 4 people. That was disappointing, and they didn't give us the sauces for the tenders. Nice people, very friendly.

I was told that I can only buy two legs and not three. How can they stop me for buying chicken if I only eat legs. Never again will I come back

We went there for lunch. The guy answered the intercom and said to wait till he could help me. We sat there for 5 minutes and drove around the building to leave. There were two employees sitting on the little curb next to the drive thru window. I know a $12 order may not mean much to the owner but he lost it anyway.

I have to give them a ?. The food has always been point except 1 time, I was given 2 thighs instead of 2 breast, common error. We are all human and make mistakes. I definitely will continue to enjoy the church's by my house... It's definitely worth a try, if you haven't...
