I recently discovered that my lactose sensitivity has decreased so for the first time in 20 years I am really able to enjoy DQ again. I miss the butterscotch dipped cone but the Churro dipped cone is pretty good.Kid-friendliness: It's ice cream. Kids love ice cream.Parking: Lots of space
Hot fudge sundae FANTASTIC as always,[*****And I NEVER write negative reviews], but their Customer Service skills are severely LACKING at the Shorter Avenue location of Dairy Queen in West Rome, GA. When the Customer is friendly, very polite, knows what they want to order BOTH inside AND at drive-thru, AND smiles/sincerely thanks them for food/dessert etc, and the DQ Employee NEVER replies, says "you're welcome", or "enjoy", etc.......many choices of appropriate replies are perfectly...read full review
