I go to dunkin regularly but this time it was a horrible experience. The blonde female in the drive through failed to be professional. Rushed the drive through experience leading to her getting the entire order wrong. Get her out of there, all she did was laugh and continue to get the order wrong. Her coworker tried to fix the mistake but the damage was already done, we could hear her laughing about the mistakes but showed no interest in correcting them.

When you order cold foam on the mobile app it tells you to wait until you’re just 5 minutes away for best results. So why did I order off the mobile app, be told to pull around to the double doors, sit and wait for 10 minutes, to get back in line to pick up my coffee that was just sitting at the drive thru window. Cold foam (that costs extra) melted. No sorry, no words, nothing, no we can remake that for you. Just what was the name? Hands ruined coffee and shuts window. Using the app to save time, paying extra for cold foam just to sit for 10 mins in the front of the door, still have to drive around to pick up the sucky coffee.

I only come to this location when the other is closed. I wish they would take there time a little more and pay more attention to orders. I get the same thing every day and this location seems to have the hardest time making it the right way. I don't like they use regular sugar in a cold coffee it all goes to the bottom and then I just feel like I'm drinking sand. My only recommendation is to make sure it taste right before you drive off

So I went in bc my app I was new to and had a buy one get one free. The guy helping me was sweet, and the manager got so upset. She gave me the wrong to drinks.. so I asked to speak with the manager.. didn't know it was her at the time and she would not turn around and speak to me. Barely told me her name, had it get it from a kid worker. So I said before I left j would just call corporate. So after that.. I went back to my business and on the phone was that DuNKIn SUPERVISOR that wouldn't talk to me saying she didn't think I was "OK" to be driving. How childish. Of course it didn't affect the rest of my day, but I am going to still call corporate. .

After being yelled at in the drive thru while my 5 year old was in the car with me . I decided to give this place another try went in there this morning to order a nutty pumpkin at the counter was told I cannot order it. I can only order it through the mobile app which made no sense no signage stating so . The other one across town you can pull up to the drive-through window and order with ease and it taste amazing, so looks like I will be driving across town just to get a coffee.

No stars. Waited 20 min for an order that was forgetten. Made me pull around and “wait” in parking lot. Suppose to get my food brought out and they forgot!!! Annoying. Could’ve went through drive thru if this was gonna be an issue.
