In all honesty the food was delicious, hot and FRESH! Most places in Rome have apparently forgotten what that word means. The service was great and parking was not an issue. Obviously you can't dine in because it's a food truck, but other than that price and food was great! Any other truck in Rome would have charged 15-18 dollars more for what we ordered! 10/10 would recommend.
We rented this food truck for our wedding. The food was AMAZING and their service was just as good. Emilio is very kind and easy to work with, and the pricing was very reasonable! I’m so glad we went with El Arco for our special day :)

Food is great. Great service. Well balanced with meat and cheese. The quesadilla could use a little bit less cheese and more meat. Overall 98%. The hot sauce is ? great flavor and heat. It's a (must try) for people whom love the heat!!

One of my favs!!! The tacos (shrimp, chicken, chorizo, or fish) are yummy and burritos are worth the money($). My picky eater son loves the burritos but won’t the ingredients separately ?
