It was my first visit, but won't be my last! From being greeted when you came in the door, to the interaction with the cashier, til we left the store, was a refreshing change. They had 3 inch, 6 inch and 12 inch subs, which was great for everybody's tastes. Check 'em out. They even contribute to the local fire departments, which is good for your communities!!

So my daughter ordered and paid for the wrong sub and before leaving she told the worker that she ordered the wrong thing and needed to change it and he told her she was too late because it was being made. So I called before she took they gave the sub and asked to speak to the manager I was told there wasn't one, so I told him what was happening and he said he was taking care of her right now, so I thought ok they will let her fix it, Nope made her pay for the sandwich she didn't want and the one she wanted! I will be calling corporate office this makes no sense! You won't have to worry about me or family and Friends coming to this location! And then he didn't even fix the second sub how she asked for it!

Ordered on the mobile app to pick up. I tried to ask a question and was completely ignored. Picked up my order, was the worst sub (meatball) I have ever eaten. Very dry, no cheese. I have eaten here in the past, very friendly staff and great food. Not sure what has happened, but I will not be back.
Worst experience ever. Never go to these location worst customer service and nasty place and dirty. They took our whole order and messed up whole order and they didn't replaced it or no apology, we were waiting and when we go and ask how long it going to take and they says we can't replace the order and we waited for almost half and hour. They all were laughing on us .
