We had eaten here before and enjoyed it but this time the food was horrible. The pizza was soggy, floppy and rather tasteless with bitter peppers. It was also overcooked. The breadsticks were just cooked pizza dough with nothing on them and a side of what tasted like canned, generic crushed tomatoes. The salad was fair but we won't return.

Placed a later order and it was ready quickly and I was greeted with fantastic service. This is my third order from gondola, and will definitely not be my last.

Excellent food however I have now had two issues with my bank card and them. The first time they took all of my information for the card and I said what's the total and he said I'm not sure we are busy right now. I said we'll what did you put in the machine to run my card and he told me he just wrote my card info down to run it later. Heck no! So today I ordered and paid with the card getting a total. My receipt matches that total and I write cash on the tip line and hand the lady $10 upon delivery. I get on my bank account and there is 2 transactions one for the receipt amount and one for an additional $5. I call and they proceed to tell me it is the tip to cover the delivery fee since there was no tip I explained that I indeed did tip $10 to the driver and explained that i had no receipt showing $5. If I walked in and ate without paying that is theft but yet they don't think what they are doing is stealing. They have processed a refund but I will not use my card there ever again and recommend only cash transactions with these snakes.

Promptly seated when I arrived and immediately took my drink order. I order 2 gondola special pies. They are 2 for 25.00. This is a great deal. My waiter brought out the first and had the second prepared to go before I left. The food was great from crust to toppings. All were fresh and crisp. Service was great overall. Will definitely return.
The food is nothing special, undercooked if anything, and overpriced for barely anything. Asked for utensils, ranch and marinara didn’t receive any. Awful phone girl/host or whatever she is, it made me never want to come back but, they probably won’t do anything about that based on their responses to some of the reviews. First and last time.

The order was received fast but our order was wrong! I ordered 2 Greek small salads and they were on iceberg lettuce which I can not eat!! The menu says romaine lettuce, so they need to correct their menu to reflect the lettuce all their different salads come on. So we paid $11 each for small Greek salads that all we could eat was the few toppings that were on it! Will not order delivery again, and if I had eaten in there I would have not eaten that salad if they didn’t have the lettuce the menu states it comes on. On a positive note the chicken bacon ranch calzone that my son had was good he said and looked good. I would eat there again, but I’d make sure what I order is what I receive!Dietary restrictions: Update the menu to reflect what is actually received
