When the food is good it's good. When it's not its not. You've got a 50/50 of getting a great breakfast or rock hard biscuits. Not to mention I waited almost 20 minutes for a fried chicken sandwich the other evening. I finally left and got served at another restaurant

Breakfast service is great. Every time I come for dinner, they have me pull forward and then seem to forget I’m sitting out here. Then, EVERY SINGLE TIME, my order is wrong when I finally get it. I’m really sick of this. Step it up.

I love their breakfast biscuits....the best!The two times I got the chicken strips, they were not worth the money. They were small and very dry and overcooked. I just go for breakfast now.

Cold food , didn't get order correct the past couple times and there drinks have a hint of grease everytime at drive thru... and u can't tell a Dr pepper from a coke, it almost taste the same idk if there drink machine is working correctly or not but im officially not going there anymore for dinner...

I love jacks me and my husband eat there for breakfast daily but today in the shorter avenue Rome ga we did not get enough food like they were scared to put a piece of bacon on our plate it’s always been good before today so I was surprised to see my plate was not up to par when I got home
Out of French frys, but the milkshakes were really good.

This place is filthy inside. Empty tables have food all over them and the floor looks like animals have been eating on it. Employees goofing off behind the counter when they should be cleaning the place. Unacceptable. No way for a restaurant to be run. Clean it or close it, that's my advice to the owners.
