Well, called 5 times to place a to go order with no answer. Got there, bartender said they were too busy to answer the phone although there was no wait and multiple empty tables. Then when food arrived she was uncertain if the wings were cooked properly and asked my opinion based on appearance which, how am i to determine what sauce was applied by visual inspection? Got home and order was incorrect, did not cook wings properly. I love Jeffersons but the service has gotten inconsistent to say the least.

Great little eatery located on Broad Street in Floyd County, Georgia. Inside and outside seating. Outside seating is pet friendly and great when the weather is fair and dinner on Broad. Beer is cold and the food is great.

The wait time on Friday nights is very long and the food quality is not the same as it use to be. Also, it has been smelling like dirty sink water throughout the restaurant.

We walked in and sat there for 20 almost 30 minutes, and did not receive any service. Two different servers looked at me 3 or 4 times and walked away. Two tables that came in after us had orders taken within minutes. I don’t think I’ll be back.

Update: I decided to give this location another mostly because they're the closest to me. Their employees always have the driest personalities I have ever seen in the restaurant industry. They greeted me this time but good grief they're like robots. Her "greeting" was a question that she mumbled to me. No smile, no welcome, nothing.The other reviews are correct when they state that they do not greet you. I stood at the bar for a little while before I was even acknowledged. At least four employees made direct eye contact with me but nobody even said hello. Several employees walked behind and around me but did not greet me or even acknowledge my existence. They were too engrossed in their own conversations and giggling with each other to acknowledge the paying customer standing in front of them. It takes half a second to say hello or I'll be with you in a second. Your employees at this location need better training on customer service. As far as the food goes, it was okay. The Villa Rica location has better food. That's saying a lot because Villa Rica has horrible restaurants. There's also a strange musty mildew/mold smell in the building. I'm assuming because it's an old building but that's not what I want to associate with my food.

This was a nice little busy place along the main thoroughfare and had lots of decent sandwiches and stuff. I ate dinner here with my daughter-in-law and granddaughter.They were pretty busy and only had a couple of servers, but although service was slow, we did get what we wanted, and the food was pretty good.Don't take it badly that I don't rate these four or five stars it's just a hole in the wall sandwich joint, and if you get decent food there, that's a 3 stars average.It was reasonably affordable, although I'll tell you things are sure getting expensive these days!

To go order of 50 wings——shorted the number of wings, gave the wrong flavor, and gave a single order of fries to go with the 50 wings. And boxed celery with the fries cause they aren’t soggy enough on their own. This place is often hit or miss but this was the last straw at this location.
