This place is ridiculous. Sat in the drive thru for over 35 minutes waiting on one order of Italian cheese bread. It’s 12:45 and there was only one car ahead of us.

I saw an employee clean up urine without gloves, wash his hands improperly then serve me food. I also had a daughter work for the establishment and they paid her 4 weeks late. The entire staff is unsanitary and deserves to be shut down; and their kitchen is not up to par and they shouldn’t be cooking like that.

Food had been sitting quite some time all 3 items I ordered was bad !Went back and ask them to make fresh which was the least they could do after I drove across town and had to drive backThe manager I assume looked at the food like I was lying , and stated well that looks ok and still , DID NOT make order Fresh like I askDefinitely if I decide to return to this store , I will ask for the food to be made while I wait

This place is absolutely RIDICULOUS! You spend forever in the driveway line only to be pulled to the side to wait 30 more minutes!
They have never had pizza "hot and ready" when I have been in. Was told three minutes on a Sunday afternoon during an NFL playoff day. Still waiting after 8 minutes. Stop advertising Hot and ready. It's bull. If I wanted to wait, I'd go to a better restaurant. How does it take so long to make crappy pizza.

This place was super busy, but the pizza is great, great deals, and the staff was KILLING it! They were magnificent! Extra kudos to Morgan, she had people unnecessarily projecting their negative feelings at her and she was still doing great, with a SMILE on her face no less! Will definitely return.
