Ordered a simple sausage biscuit value meal in the drive-through. After I paid, they told me to pull over to a curbside pick up parking space and they would bring my food out to me. I look around and find they have put five drive-through customers in the curbside pick up Just to keep their drive-through line open. Totally unacceptable.

My French fries were old, cold, and nowhere near freshly cooked. I ONLY about 4 times a year now because it's so expensive for me. So when I do go I would like to get fresh cooked French fries. Quarter Pounder was ok. I could have gotten more than a lb of ground beef at Kroger. I was hoping Tracy Pavlovsky might give me some coupons.

I haven't visited this McDonalds in over a year due to poor service. HOWEVER, the service I received in last few visits in the past 2 weeks has been top notch. I purchased breakfast there this morning (12/30/22), using the drive through and my order was taken efficiently and delivered promptly. The staff was friendly and courteous and my food was hot and tasty. Full Marks.Got lunch there on February 28th, 2024, My food was delivered properly, it was hot and tasty and the restaurant was very clean

As we slowly pulled up at drive thru, we were trying to get everyone's order. The first thing we hear over the intercom is"are you going to order or what?" We asked if we could have a minute. This woman was rude from our first encounter. While placing our order she spoke quickly so she was hard to understand. Once we got our order it wasn't complete, we were missing one of the burritos.Store#579 order 45 @ 9:40am
