Rude manager Joanna at 2215 shorter Ave store Rome Ga. What a horrible visit/experience. If you talk to customers rude & aggressively I can only imagine how the young workers are treated. This incident happened on Feb 7, 2024 store # 1830 at the drive thru. This is why I go to Chick Fil A. because of their outstanding customer service. You consistently get great service & it really is how you're treated that makes the difference. I know if there's a problem somebody that is professional takes care of it. I know what I'm gonna get and how I'm gonna be treated every time. I didn't go to McDonalds for me. It was only because I was picking up food for a sick nephew & niece. That experience just reinforced why my personal choice is chic fil la. It's my pleasure to choose Chick Fil A every time over McDonalds.

They were rude because they were ready to go home! Handed us a busted drink that got everywhere, had to wait for over 25 minutes for our food to come out, just awful service all around!! There's always something wrong when we come here.

It’s SO cold and all the employees are even cold! Figured since it was cold outside we could let the kids eat and play and personally think it’s colder in the store than outside! Asked an employee if they had heat and said it’s been mentioned to GM and manager and nothing is being done. Literally couldn’t feel my hands!
Been here for 5 mins you would think I was a ghost standing at the counter. Not a hello can I help you several mins after arriving. Employees using fowl unprofessional language very unprofessional hopefully they was their hands!

The worst McDonald’s in town. Every time I go to this one there is ALWAYS a problem. Yesterday for example I ordered an item and when I got to the window they told me to pull over to the drive thru 1 parking space and they would bring it out to me. I waited for about 10 minutes and no one had brought my order. So I went back inside and they said, “oh what you ordered isn’t available” Then why on earth wouldn’t you people tell me it wasn’t available???? No you let me wait outside and I guess I would’ve been out there forever if I hadn’t come inside to ask. Terrible, embarrassing service
