I recently visited Olive Garden and, unfortunately, my experience was less than ideal. The only bright spot was the friendly hostess, who greeted us with a warm smile and got us seated without a long wait. However, that's where the positive aspects ended.The service overall was mediocre. Our server seemed disinterested and didn't check on us frequently. When the food finally came out, it was the wrong sauce, on one of the meals. It also took a long time to get our drinks refilled, leaving us waiting and feeling a bit neglected.When our meals did arrive, they were just okay—nothing exceptional. Given the chain's reputation for hearty Italian-American cuisine, I expected more. The flavors were bland, and the pasta was slightly overcooked. While the portions were generous, the quality was subpar, making it hard to enjoy the meal.In summary, besides the welcoming hostess, my experience at Olive Garden was disappointing. I was hoping for a pleasant dining experience but left feeling let down by the slow, indifferent service and average food. I doubt I'll be returning anytime soon.

I love the olive garden but my last meal on Thursday was not good. The Alfredo had no flavor and the grilled chicken had a weird consistency. Have to rethink about returning yo this rome georgia location.
We were seated right away and had bread and salad on our table 6 10 minutes.

This is the worst Olive Garden i have ever been to. Bartender did not know how to make one of their signature drinks. The soup was so watered down and when it arrived half of it was spilt on the plate below, i almost wore it. There was no kale or potatoes in it. We waited almost our entire dinner just for bread sticks. Waitress barely came around to refill drinks or check on us. My daughter ate her entire meal and never got her side of grapes and when she finally did they were old and mushy. For $150 being wasted we will not go back
Food was fantastic! Our service was great too ? probably some of the best Olive Garden meals I've ever had. I love Olive Garden already but my husband and I can't stop talking about how good our food was last night! Thank you for a great anniversary dinner ! We'll definitely be back ??
